본 고안은 공기정화기능이 있는 필터를 방충망에 장착함으로써 미세먼지가 실내에 유입되는 것을 막아 황사나 연무 등 대기오염으로부터 쾌적한 실내공기 유지를 목적으로 하는 방진필터장착공기정화방충망이다.

대기오염과 황사의 피해가 갈수록 심각해져 가는 추세이다. 그러나 현재로서는 창문을 모두 닫아 미세먼지의 실내 유입을 막고 공기청정기로 공기를 정화하는 것이 실내오염을 막기 위한 최선의 방법으로 인식되고 있으나 쾌적한 실내를 만들려면 환기가 필수적인 만큼 공기청정기의 역할은 근본적인 해결책이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 고안은 오염된 미세먼지 등은 진입부터 차단하면서 신선한 공기는 실내로 유입시킴으로써 공기정화의 효과를 높이려는 데 목적이 있다. 황사발생시 방진마스크를 쓰고 외출하도록 권고하듯이 실내공기도 미세먼지만 걸러내고 깨끗한 공기는 실내에 유입되어 자연스럽게 대류하며 환기되어야 하며, 실내에 이미 유입된 오염물질을 걸러내기보다 아예 오염물질의 진입 자체를 차단해야 한다는 점에 착안한 것이다. 기존의 공기청정기는 그 성능의 효율성을 떠나서 황사발생시 일단은 외부와의 공기의 흐름을 차단하고 실내공기만을 정화하는 시스템으로 건강한 자연공기와 다르다 할 것이다. 본 고안은 황사 등 대기오염시 방충망에 교체식 공기청정필터(카본필터, 광촉매필터, 플리즈마필터, 헬파필터 등 사용자의 기호대로 선택가능 하다)를 장착하여 사용하는 미세먼지여과 창으로 미사용시에는 방충망에서 분리하여 간단한 손질 후 보관하여 재사용 가능하다. 대기오염도가 낮은 평상시에는 필터를 분리해 방충망으로 사용할 수 있도록 하여 불투명한 필터로 인해 가려질 수 있는 시야를 확보한다. 방충망틀(이하 외부프레임이라 칭한다)의 위,아래에 1.5cm 홈을 두어 공기정화필터가 고정된 작은 틀(이하 내부프레임이라 칭한다)이 그 홈에 끼워져 장착될 수 있도록 한 이중창이다. 방충망 네트는 외부프레임의 바깥면쪽으로 고정이 되어있어 안쪽으로 장착될 필터프레임(내부프레임)의 지지대역할을 하고 외부프레임의 홈에는 틈새막이 모헤어가 있어 외부프레임과 내부프레임 사이의 빈틈을 막아 먼지나 오염된 공기의 진입을 막아준다. 네트의 안쪽으로 있는 홈은 1cm의 넓이로 0.3cm의 내부프레임이 최대 3장까지 장착될 수 있는 넓이로써 내부프레임은 극세사항균필터, 카본필터, 헤파필터 등 방진 및 공기정화기능이 있는 필터를 사용자의 기호와 목적에 따라 복수 선택하여 장착가능하다. 1.5cm grooves are placed above and below the insect screen (hereinafter referred to as an outer frame) so that a small frame (hereinafter referred to as an inner frame) to which an air purification filter is fixed can be fitted into the groove and mounted.
