Abstract

A digital media device and a display method thereof are provided to display various kinds of images without operation of a user by changing the display images variously according to tag information of a reproduced file. A digital media device comprises a file storage unit(102), an image storage unit(104), and a control unit(106). The control unit detects tag information of a reproduced file and sorts an image stored in the image storage unit according to the tag information, and displays the image at a display unit. A display method thereof includes a step of sensing tag information of a file; a step of selecting an image corresponding to the tag information from the image storage unit; and a step of displaying the selected image at the display unit.
