Claims (7)
- 제1 전원과 상기 제1 전원보다 낮은 전압값을 가지는 제2 전원 사이에 접속되며, 제어신호에 대응하여 턴-온 또는 턴-오프되는 제1 트랜지스터;상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 전원 사이에 접속되며, 외광의 세기에 대응하여 상기 제1 트랜지스터로부터 상기 제2 전원으로 흐르는 전류량을 제어하는 제2 트랜지스터; 및상기 제2 트랜지스터와 병렬접속된 적어도 하나의 커패시터를 구비하며,상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극은 상기 제2 전원에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외광감지센서.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 커패시터는 1pF 이상의 용량을 갖는 외광감지센서.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터는 엔(N)-타입 트랜지스터인 외광감지센서.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터는 엔(N)-타입 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제2 트랜지스터는 피(P)-타입 트랜지스터인 외광감지센서.
- 다수의 액정셀들이 구비된 화소부;상기 화소부의 외연에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스 영역에 구비되며, 외광의 세기에 대응하여 감지신호를 출력하는 적어도 하나의 외광감지센서;상기 화소부로 광을 공급하는 백라이트; 및상기 감지신호에 대응하여 상기 백라이트에서 생성되는 광의 휘도를 제어하는 백라이트 구동부를 구비하며,상기 외광감지센서는 제1 전원과 상기 제1 전원보다 낮은 전압값을 가지는 제2 전원 사이에 접속되며 제어신호에 대응하여 턴-온 또는 턴-오프되는 제1 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 전원 사이에 접속되며 외광의 세기에 대응하여 상기 제1 트랜지스터로부터 상기 제2 전원으로 흐르는 전류량을 제어하는 제2 트랜지스터와, 상기 제2 트랜지스터와 병렬접속된 적어도 하나의 커패시터를 구비하며, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극은 상기 제2 전원에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 커패시터는 1pF 이상의 용량을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극은 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 개구부에 위치되는 액정표시장치.
