One shape.

The present invention is a method of continuously casting a round bar type cast bar using a casting wheel by dissolving non-ferrous metal, to produce a metal wire by rolling, conventionally introduced in Italy the Perforz continuous casting method and the Southwire method in the United States I have used it.

3 is an exemplary view schematically showing the continuous casting rolling process described above.

In the conventional method, as shown in FIG. 2, the molten metal flows through the water supply 50 through the melted furnace 50 and the cast iron wheel 80 and the iron belt 40 having the trapezoidal groove 102 are first shown. It is injected into the contact space 101, and gradually solidified to solid by the cooling water 60 injected from the inside and the outside of the casting wheel, and completely solid state into a portion 10 in which the casting wheel and the iron belt are separated. The cast bar 20 is continuously produced. The cast bar formed at this time is made of a trapezoidal cross section having the same shape as the space made by the casting wheel and the iron belt. This cast bar is produced in the final thickness of the wire by rolling in several stages such as primary, secondary and tertiary in a rolling mill. At this time, the trapezoidal shape of the cast bar edge portion 103 is pressed inhomogeneously in a circular rolling process, the overlapping phenomenon and the difference in workability occurs, causing a deviation in the quality of the wire rod as the final product.

The products produced by the continuous casting and rolling machine as described above have a lot of difficulties in processing wire rods with a thickness of 0.16 mm or less in electronic materials requiring high quality due to defects occurring at the beginning of production. A burst occurred and caused many problems in use. The present invention which solved this problem casts the cast bar in the form of a circular rod (2) in the continuous casting process, to be uniformly processed in the primary rolling process [Fig. 4] to generate a non-uniform structure inside the product I wasn't. The product produced by the apparatus of the present invention is easy to produce wire rods having good fresh workability, and eliminates defects such as bursting in the press process.

Molten metal flows through the runway (5), a semicircular grooved iron belt connected to the rotating casting wheel (8) with a semicircle around the circle and clockwise connected to the upper wheel (9). The molten metal is gradually solidified into a solid by the cooling water 6 continuously supplied into the circular space 1-1 formed by contact with (4). The solidified solid metal is called a cast bar (2), which is completely solidified in a circular rod form at the point (1) at which the casting wheel (8) and the iron belt (4) are separated and are continuously released. The round bar type cast bar 2 enters a rolling mill which is a post-process and is produced as a circular wire rod. The core of the present invention is to manufacture a circular cast bar (2), the shape of a circular tunnel formed by the contact of the caster wheel (8) having a semicircular groove with the iron belt (4) made a semicircular groove The casting space 1-1 is made to continuously melt the molten metal into a circular rod in this space.

The non-ferrous metal wire produced by the round bar cast bar continuous casting device produced by the present invention can be uniformly rolled to produce a high quality metal wire. With this effect, it was possible to meet the fine wire processability required by advanced electronic materials, and to use continuous casting rolling of the wire for press, which was produced and used only by extrusion with low production efficiency.
