Claims (3)
- 유체의 관로 상에 배치되고 외주면에 구동압력 유입구가 마련된 중공 원통 형상의 본체;상기 본체의 일측에 설치되어 관로 입구로부터 유입된 유체를 본체 내의 유로로 토출시키는 유체 통과공이 마련된 제1 케이지;상기 본체의 타측에 설치되어 본체 내의 유로를 유동하는 유체를 관로 출구를 향하여 토출시키는 유체 통과공이 마련된 제2 케이지;상기 본체의 내부에 상기 제1 및 제2 케이지를 감싸는 형태로 장착되고 상기 구동압력 유입구에 의해 가해진 압력에 대응하여 횡방향으로 팽창 또는 수축함으로써 상기 본체 내의 유로를 선택적으로 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 가요성 튜브; 및상기 제1 케이지 및 제2 케이지를 상기 본체에 고정시키기 위한 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 튜브는 제1 및 제2 케이지의 양단부에 각각 밀착 결합되는 양측부와 상기 제1 및 제2 케이지의 유체통과공이 형성된 원통부와 대응되는 형상으로 마련된 중앙부를 구비하여, 상기 중앙부가 상기 구동압력 유입구의 압력에 따라 탄성적으로 상기 제1 및 제2 케이지의 유체 통과공과 밀착 또는 이격되고,상기 구동압력 유입구는 관로 입구와 연통되어 관로 상의 유체 압력이 가요 성 튜브에 직접 가해지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 케이지는 상기 본체의 일측 및 타측에 각각 장착되는 플랜지부와, 상기 플랜지부와 일체로 형성되고 점진적으로 단면적이 축소되는 원통부를 구비하고,상기 원통부의 외주면에는 유체가 통과되는 복수개의 유체통과공이 형성되며,상기 유체통과공은 유체에 포함된 불순물을 필터링하기에 적합한 크기의 미세공으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 밸브.
