The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a refrigerator capable of preventing a weak cooling phenomenon of food stored in a door storage chamber by improving a structure of a suction inlet for sucking cold air therein.

The refrigerator is an apparatus for low temperature storage of food, and is used to keep various foods fresh for a long time by using cold air heat exchanged in an evaporator constituting a refrigeration cycle.

In general, the refrigerator is formed by a main body having a storage compartment having an open front surface for storing food and the like, and a door rotatably installed in the main body to open and close the open storage compartment. The storage compartment is partitioned into a plurality of storage spaces by shelves for supporting food and the like, and a plurality of storage compartments for storing beverages and simple foods are formed inside the door.

The inside of the storage compartment is formed with an evaporator for generating cold air to cool the internal space of the storage compartment, and a cold air generating chamber provided with a blower fan installed in the upper part of the evaporator forcibly circulating the cold air generated by the evaporator by the blowing force.

In addition, a cold air discharge duct formed at an upper side of the cold air generating chamber at a rear side of the storage chamber and having a plurality of cold air discharge ducts communicating with the cold air generating chamber at the bottom thereof and discharging the cold air to the storage chamber at the front side thereof, and formed around the cold air generating chamber. The cold air suction duct is provided with a plurality of cold air suction ports for sucking the discharged cold air.

Looking at the cold air circulation structure of the refrigerator having such a configuration, the cold air generated in the evaporator is discharged to the door side from the rear of the storage compartment by the cold air outlet formed at the rear of the storage compartment while rising to the cold air discharge duct on the blowing force of the blower fan, and discharged to the door side. The cold air is sucked into the cold air inlet provided at the rear of the storage compartment, and then the foods in the storage compartment are refrigerated and frozen while repeating the circulation of the cold air suction duct into the evaporator.

However, in the cold air circulation structure as described above, both the cold air inlet and the cold air outlet are located at the rear side of the storage compartment, and thus the flow of cold air near the front side of the storage compartment, that is, the door side, is almost stagnant. In particular, the area around the door inside the storage compartment is a region where the inflow of outside air through the gasket between the door and the main body is very large, and the refrigeration or freezing effect is very disadvantageous, so that beverages and foods stored in the storage compartment of the door are relatively cold. There is a problem that is not affected by the weak cooling phenomenon occurs.

In addition, since both the cold air inlet and the cold air outlet are formed on the same wall surface, the cold air discharged from the cold air outlet can not be circulated evenly inside the storage compartment and can be sucked directly into the cold air inlet so that the food in the storage compartment can not be cooled sufficiently, thus cooling efficiency is improved. There is a problem falling.

The present invention is to solve such a problem, an object of the present invention to improve the cooling efficiency by supplying evenly the cold air discharged to the cold air outlet throughout the storage compartment, and at the same time to reduce the weak cooling phenomenon of the food stored in the door storage chamber It is to provide a refrigerator that can prevent.

The suction port is formed on the side wall of the storage compartment adjacent to the door.

In addition, the plurality of cold air suction openings are formed at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction of the storage compartment.

In addition, the cold air intake is characterized in that formed on both side walls of the storage compartment.

The cold air of the chamber 50 is forcibly blown to the cold air discharge duct 42.

In the present invention, the cold air discharge duct 42 having the cold air discharge port 43 is provided at the rear of the refrigerating chamber R, and the cold air is discharged from the rear of the refrigerating chamber R to the front (door side direction).

In addition, the cold air suction duct 44, which is a key feature of the present invention, is a vertical side cold air suction duct 44a having a cold air inlet for sucking cold air discharged from the rear side of the refrigerating chamber R, and one end of the cold air suction duct 44a. ) Is connected to the cold air generating chamber (50) and the other end is composed of a horizontal side cold air suction duct (44b) for guiding the refrigerant sucked from the refrigerating chamber (R) to the refrigerator evaporator (41).

The vertical side cold air suction duct 44a having a plurality of cold air suction openings 45 formed therein is located at a position adjacent to the refrigerator door 30, that is, on the front side of the refrigerator compartment based on the refrigerator door 30. All of the cold air discharged from the to be discharged to the refrigerating chamber door (30) side.

When the cold air inlet is formed at the rear or the center of the side wall of the refrigerating chamber R, some of the cold air discharged from the cold air discharge port 43 is sucked into the cold air inlet before reaching the refrigerating chamber door 30, and the door storage chamber 31 is formed. Since the total amount of cold air reached in the beverage or the like stored therein is reduced, thereby preventing the weak cooling phenomenon of the door storage chamber 31 from occurring.

The cold air suction holes 45 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the vertical side cold air suction duct 44a at predetermined intervals to allow the cold air to circulate evenly throughout the refrigerating chamber R. More preferably, in order to effectively cool the food stored in the door storage chamber 31, it is preferable that the door storage chamber 31 is formed at a position corresponding to the position where the plurality of door storage chambers 31 are formed.

In addition, the cold air suction ducts 44 in which the plurality of cold air suction holes 45 are extended in the vertical direction are formed in the left and right side walls 12 of the refrigerating chamber R to smoothly circulate the cold air in the refrigerating chamber R. .

The horizontal side cold air suction duct 44b has one end connected to the vertical side cold air suction duct 44a, and the other end communicates with the cold air generating chamber 50, and the cold air sucked into the cold air suction opening 45 into the steam generating chamber 50. To guide.

The cold air guided to the steam generating chamber 50 is configured to effectively exchange heat with the refrigerating chamber evaporator 41, that is, the cold air is blown by the blowing fan 46 installed above the refrigerating chamber evaporator 41. 41) is raised from the lower portion to the upper portion so as to communicate with the lower portion of the cold air generating chamber 50 so as to pass through the entire refrigerating chamber evaporator 41.

In addition, in order to minimize the length of the horizontal side cold air suction duct 44b, it is preferable to form the horizontal surface with the refrigerator.

Hereinafter, the cold air circulation operation and operation effects of the refrigerator according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

When the blower fan 46 is driven, the air of the cold air generating chamber 50 rises from the lower part of the evaporator to the upper part by the blowing force of the blower fan 46, thereby exchanging heat with the refrigerant flowing inside the evaporator 41 to cool the cold air. The cold air is also raised by the cold air discharge duct 42 formed in front of the cold air discharge duct 42 while being raised to the cold air discharge duct 42 in communication with the cold air generation chamber 50 by the blowing force of the blower fan 46. Discharged toward the front from the rear of the refrigerating chamber (R).

The cold air discharged to the front of the refrigerating chamber R reaches the door storage chamber 31 provided in the refrigerating chamber door 30, cools the drinks and foods stored in the door storage chamber 31, and then cools them to the refrigerating chamber door 30. It is sucked into the cold air suction openings 45 formed on the left and right side walls of the adjacent refrigerating chamber R, and flows into the vertical cold air suction duct 44a.

The cold air introduced into the vertical side cold air suction duct 44a is guided to the horizontal side cold air suction duct 44b in communication with the vertical side cold air suction duct 44a and flows into the cold air generating chamber 50 in which the evaporator 41 is installed. do. The cold air introduced into the cold air production chamber 50 is repeated by the blowing force of the blower fan 46, and the continuous cold air circulation is performed inside the refrigerating chamber R.

As described above, the present invention forms a cold air inlet on the side wall of the refrigerator compartment near the door, so that all the cold air discharged from the rear of the refrigerator compartment is discharged to the front of the door, and a strong cold air flow field is formed around the door, so that the temperature around the door storage compartment is low.
