Claims (2)
- 무선 기지국이, 업링크에서의 전송 속도를 제어하기 위한 커맨드를 포함하는 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)을, 이동국에 송신하는 단계; 및상기 이동국에서, 송신 버퍼에 송신해야 할 데이터가 없으며 상기 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)에서의 수신 신호가 "0" 또는 "+1"로서 검출되는 경우에, 상기 전송 속도를 유지하도록 지시하는 유지(HOLD) 커맨드를 포함하는 상기 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)이 상기 이동국에 수신된 것으로 판정하여, 상기 전송 속도를 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 전송 속도 제어 방법.
- 무선 기지국으로부터 업링크에서의 전송 속도를 제어하기 위한 커맨드를 포함하는 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)을 수신하도록 구성된 수신부; 및송신 버퍼에 송신해야 할 데이터가 없으며 상기 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)에서의 수신 신호가 "0" 또는 "+1"로서 검출되는 경우에, 상기 전송 속도를 유지하도록 지시하는 유지(HOLD) 커맨드를 포함하는 상기 상대 속도 제어 채널(RGCH)이 이동국에 수신된 것으로 판정하여, 상기 전송 속도를 유지하도록 구성된 송신 제어부를 포함하는 이동국.
