이종물질을 수용한 배출장치
(2)발명의 목적
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 방출시스템에 관한 것이며,종래의 것으로는 일반적인 것이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
조립식 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물을 밀폐시키고 방출하는 용도의 배출대는 상캡과 함께 제거되도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
조립식 저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 배출대형 구부를 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 PCT/KR04/02842호가 있다.
본 발명은 수용부 조립식의 배출장치에 있어서, 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물의 개폐방식에 관한 것이다.
더욱 상세하게는, 상캡을 개방하는 과정에 저장공간을 막고 있던 배출대가 상캡과 함께 제거되고, 상기한 배출장치의 상방부에 형성된 구부를 통하여 내용물을 빨아 먹을 수 있게 구성한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 조립식 수용부(20)를 갖는 본체(10)와 상기 수용부(20) 저장공간(21)의 개폐공(22)의 밀폐가 용이하게 이루어 지도록 탄력적인 밀폐부(23)를 형성한다.
그리고 상기한 밀폐부(23)는 대응되도록 설계된 배출대(40)에 의해 밀폐되도록 구성하되, 상기한 배출대(40)는 상캡(30)에 일체로 구성하거나, 또는 상캡에 조립방식으로 끼워지도록 구성 할 수 있는 것이다.
바람직하게는, 배출대(40)에 상캡(30)이 일체로 구성되기보다는 별도 조립되는 것이 좋다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는 상캡(30)을 개방하게 되면, 상캡(30)과 함께 배출대(40)가 상향되면서 개폐공(22)이 열리고, 이와 동시 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 개폐공(22)을 통해 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것이다.
그리고 상기한 과정에 상캡(30)을 계속하여 개방하게 되면 배출대(40)와 함께 상캡(30)이 본체(10)의 구부(11)로부터 이탈되며, 음용시는 구부(11)에 입을 대고 빨아 먹는 것이다.
그리고 배출대(40)는 저장공간(21)에 내용물을 용이하게 충진하도록 외측향 이 트인 구조의 것이 좋다.
조립식 저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 배출대형 구부를 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기의 배출방향에 접착 또는 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 내부에 조립식 수용부를 갖는 본체와, 상기 수용부에는 저부로 탄력적인 밀폐부를 둔 개폐공이 형성되고, 상기 개폐공을 열고 닫는 배출대는 상캡에 의해서 이루어지며, 상기 상캡을 개방할시는 배출대와 함께 상캡이 본체의 구부로부터 이탈하면서 수용부의 내부에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배출대는 외향이 트여 저장공간에 내용물을 충진하는 충진성을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
