Abstract

An applicator pad is provided to include various treatments between the layers of the pad or within the pad, thereby producing the pad at a low price. The first layer(12) is made of the absorbent cloth. The second layer(14) is made of the absorbent materials selected from a group consisting of the durable paper towel materials and cloth. The third layer(16) is made of smooth and hard paper. The first, second and third layers are combined by bonding so that a coating pad is manufactured. The treatment substance is applied at least first layer contacted closely to a portion of human body. The first, second and third layers are formed with an insole shape of a shoe.
