Claims (4)
- 실리콘 기판 위에 일정간격의 빗(comb) 형상이 서로 교차되도록 형성된 금속배선으로 이루어진 검지판과, 상기 검지판에 직렬로 연결된 검지저항과, 상기 검지저항의 일단과 상기 검지판의 일단에 접속된 전원부를 구비하되, 상기 검지판의 양단전압을 출력하는 검지부와;상기 검지부의 출력신호가 미리 설정된 레벨보다 작은지를 비교하여 그 결과에 따라 누수를 판단하는 중앙제어부와;상기 중앙제어부가 누수를 판단한 경우 이를 통지하는 알람부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 전력변환 시스템의 누수검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검지부의 출력신호의 잡음을 제거하는 저역통과 필터를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 전력변환 시스템의 누수검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙제어부는 상기 검지부의 출력신호가 상기 미리 설정된 레벨 보다 작은 경우 미리 설정된 시간을 카운트하여 상기 검지부의 출력이 상기 미리 설정된 시간동안 상기 미리 설정된 레벨을 초과하지 않으면 이를 누수로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 전력변환 시스템의 누수검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검지부를 다수개 구비하되, 상기 각각의 검지부의 출력을 상기 중앙제어부로 선택적으로 출력하는 검지부 선택회로를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 전력변환 시스템의 누수검출장치.
