Abstract
철근콘크리트 벽체 단면의 좌우 면에 필히 설치하여야 하는 재래식 가설거푸집은 철근콘크리트 체적에 비하여 거푸집 사용량이 많아 공사비 상승과 공기 지연의 주된 원인이 된다. 특히 건축물의 코어 등 좁은 공간에서 벽량이 밀집된 부분은 거푸집의 설치와 탈형에 어려움이 있고 작업자의 안전에도 지장이 있다. 바닥 슬래브에 사용하는 트러스 데크를 개선하여 영구거푸집의 표면이 일반 거푸집을 탈형 했을 때와 동등 이상이고 인력만으로도 운반 조립이 가능한 경량이 되도록 하는 것이 기술적 과제이다.Conventional temporary formwork, which must be installed on the left and right sides of reinforced concrete wall sections, has a large amount of formwork compared to the reinforced concrete volume, which is a major cause of construction cost increase and air delay. 철근콘크리트 벽체를 위한 거푸집은 재래식 목재 거푸집과 금속판 거푸집으로 콘크리트 단면의 좌우 면에 설치하여야 하므로 콘크리트 사용량에 비하여 거푸집 사용량이 많아 공사비 상승과 공기 지연의 주된 원인이 된다. 특별히 엘리베이터나 계단실 등 건축물의 코어와 같이 좁은 공간에 벽량이 밀집된 부분은 거푸집을 설치하거나 탈형하여 장외로 반출하는데도 공간 부족으로 혼잡하고 작업자의 안전상에도 지장이 있다. 따라서 바닥 슬래브에 사용하는 트러스 데크를 활용하려고 시도하였으나 벽체 표면에 노출되는 아연도금 강판이 마감재 부착에 자유롭지 못한 것이 단점이다.Formwork for reinforced concrete walls should be installed on the left and right sides of the concrete cross-section with conventional wood formwork and metal formwork, which is the main cause of construction cost increase and air delay due to the large amount of formwork compared to the concrete use.
