- 제 1 농도의 화학적 살균제를 포함하는 제 1 액체 살균제의 제 1 소스,제 2 농도의 화학적 살균제를 포함하는 제 2 액체 살균제의 제 2 소스,제 1 액체 살균제의 유속을 조절하는 제 1 조절 수단,제 2 액체 살균제의 유속을 조절하는 제 2 조절 수단,상기 제 1 및 제 2 조절 수단을 제어하여 제 1 및 제 2 액체 살균제로 이루어진 혼합 액체 살균제를 생성하는 제어 수단,상기 혼합 액체 살균제를 수용하여 기화 살균제를 생성하는 기화기, 및상기 기화 살균제를 수용하는 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 감지하는 제 1 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단은 상기 제 1 센서에 의해 감지된 상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도에 따라 상기 제 1 및 제 2 조절 수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 센서는 용량성 센서이며, 커패시터의 전기적 특성이 상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 감지하는 제 2 센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단은 상기 제 2 센서에 의해 감지된 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도에 따라 상기 제 1 및 제 2 조절 수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 센서는 상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제와 반응하는 물질층을 가지는 소자를 포함하여, 상기 소자의 기계적 운동이 상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 나타내는 전기 신호로 변환되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 농도는 상기 제 2 농도 보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학적 살균제는 과산화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 액체 살균제는 90중량% ~ 100중량%의 물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도는 상기 제 1 농도 및 제 2 농도로 규정된 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학적 살균제의 제 1 농도는 상기 제 1 액체 살균제의 25중량% ~ 75중량%의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템.
- (a) 제 1 농도의 화학적 살균제를 포함하는 제 1 액체 살균제의 제 1 소스와, (b) 제 2 농도의 화학적 살균제를 포함하는 제 2 액체 살균제의 제 2 소스를 구비한 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법으로서:제 1 액체 살균제 및 제 2 액체 살균제의 유속을 조절하여 제 1 및 제 2 액체 살균제로 이루어진 혼합 액체 살균제를 생성하는 공정,상기 혼합 액체 살균제를 기화시켜 기화 살균제를 생성하는 공정, 및상기 기화 살균제를 처리실로 도입시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 감지하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2 액체 살균제의 유속은 감지된 상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,커패시터의 전기적 특성은 상기 혼합 액체 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농 도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 감지하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 액체 살균제의 유속은 상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,소자의 기계적 운동은 상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제의 농도를 나타내는 전기 신호로 변환되고, 상기 소자는 상기 기화 살균제 내의 화학적 살균제와 반응하는 물질층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 제거 시스템의 제어 방법.
