Abstract

1.고안이속한기술분야; 한번장착된접지크립은 절대빠지지않으며 폭이좁고 두께가 얇으므로 적은힘으로도 조립이잘되며 케이블굵기에 상관없이 아무케이블에나장착가능.
2. 고안의목적; 케이블속의접지선낭비와 시공시 접지선길이만큼 케이블을잘라버려야하는데 이에따른 막대한자재손실을 줄일수있다.
3.고안의구성; [도4] 갈고리. 압착또는땜구멍. 이물질밀대
4.고안의효과; 케이블속에는 동판이감겨있고 접지선이들어가있는데 낙뢰로부터 보호하기위해 접지선을 땅속에묻는데 케이블제조과정에서 아예 접지선을 없애고 접지크립을 케이블속(pvc와동판사이)에끼워넣고 접지크립에 압착된접지선을 땅속에묻게되므로 자재절감및시공또한간편하다.

Description

케이블접지크립 {cable ground earth clip}
전력공사에쓰이는 케이블에는 [도1]과같이 전선을 감싸고있는 동판과 pvc 그리고 그속에 접지선이 있는데(낙뢰로부터 보호하기위해 이접지선을 땅속에묻음)
[도2]와같이 접지선길이만큼 케이블을잘라버리고 접지선에 터미널을 압착한상태.
[도3]은 케이블속 접지선을 아예 무시하고 pvc와동판사이에 접지선과 터미널이 부착된 접지크림을 끼워넣은상태임.
간단한기구(뺀치)등을 이용하여 접지그립을 pvc와동판사이에 밀어넣으면 들어갈때는 잘들어가나 뺄때는 앞2개의갈고리가 pvc를 물고있으므로(낚시바늘원리) 절대빠지지 않고 밑부분밀대는 동판에 이물질등을 밀어주므로 동판과 접지크립의 접지력을 최대화했음.또한 압착구멍이 2개인것도 절대 접지크립에서 접지선이 빠지지 못하도록하기위함.
