A pair of hinge shafts are inserted into the hinge holes of the inside of the body. The cover plate is rotated with the hinge shaft as the center so that the insert hole is opened or closed. A cover rib(230) is contacted with a slant button(252) of an open/close button(250) and rotates the cover plate. The cover rib is formed at an end of the cover plate. A recovery spring(240) returns the cover plate to the original position.
