Claims (3)
- 임의의 스트로크 지령치로 운전되는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,모터전압과 모터전류를 검출하고, 그 모터전압과 모터전류를 이용하여 스트로크를 계산하는 제1 과정과;상기 계산된 스트로크와 스트로크 지령치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 트라이악을 제어하기 위한 스위칭제어신호의 점호각을 변경하는 제2 과정과;상기 변경된 점호각에 의해, 트라이악을 도통시키고 그 트라이악에 흐르는 전류와 전압을 검출하는 제3 과정과;상기 트라이악의 도통시간의 인터벌 상태에, 그 트라이악에 흐르는 전류가 '0'인지를 판단하고, 그 판단결과에 근거하여 트라이악의 도통시간 인터벌을 변경하는 제4 과정을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 제2 과정은,계산된 스트로크가 스트로크 지령치보다 크면 점호각을 감소시키고, 계산된 스트로크가 스트로크 지령치보다 작으면 점호각을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 제4 과정은,트라이악에 흐르는 전류가 '0'이면, 이전 트라이악의 도통시간 인터벌을 그 대로 유지하고, 트라이악에 흐르는 전류가 '0'이 아니면 이전 트라이악의 도통시간 인터벌을 일정시간 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
