Claims (8)
- 밀폐 공간을 내부에 형성한 케이싱과;상기 케이싱에 장착되어 구동력을 발생시키는 구동 유닛과;상기 구동 유닛으로부터 구동력을 전달받아 냉매를 압축하는 제1 압축 유닛 및 제2 압축유닛과;냉매를 제1 압축유닛으로 안내하는 제1 흡입관과;상기 제1 흡입관에 장착되어 흡입냉매를 단속하는 제어밸브와;냉매를 제2 압축유닛으로 안내하는 제2 흡입관과;상기 제2 압축유닛의 토출냉매를 단속하는 제2 토출밸브를 복개하여 제2 압축유닛에서 토출된 냉매를 일시 저장하는 챔버와;상기 챔버와 상기 제어밸브를 연결하는 연결관과;상기 제1 압축유닛 및 제2 압축유닛을 관통하여 상기 챔버와 케이싱의 밀폐 공간을 연통되는 냉매유로와;상기 냉매유로상에 설치되어 냉매유로를 개폐하는 단속밸브를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브는 삼방밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매유로는 환형으로 형성되며 내부에 냉매를 압축시킬 수 있는 내부공간을 구비한 각 압축유닛의 실린더와, 상기 실린더를 상하로 복개하는 상부, 중간 및 하부 베어링의 일측을 수직관통하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단속밸브는 리드밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동유닛은 정속 모터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압축 유닛 및 제2 압축유닛은 압축 냉매를 흡입하여 압축하는 내부 공간의 부피가 서로 다르게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡입관 또는 제2 흡입관 중에서 하나만 어큐뮬레이터와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡입관 및 제2 흡입관의 흡입측은 냉매의 기액을 분리하는 어큐뮬레이터와 각각 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 로터리 압축기.
