Description

이디피엠시트와 부틸고무를 압착하여 만든 자착식합성고무시트{EDPM and BUTYL RUBBER SHEET}
현재 옥상방수 제품으로는 EPDM시트, 합성고무시트제품, 아스팔트시트,우레탄도막방수등이 있습니다.
위제품들의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 그대로 살린제품이 본인이 개발한 오피시트
입니다
1.시트의 수명이 길어서 경제성이 있는제품
2.확실한 방수효과를 가질수 있는 제품
3.크랙이나 누수시 한곳에서 전체로 타고 돌지 않아서 보수가 간단한 제품
4.시공이 간단하고 공기를 단축시킬수 있으며 작업시 위험요인이 없는제품
5.이음부처리가 확실하여 들뜸현상이나 박리현상이 없는제품
6.콘크리트와 결합성이 좋은제품
7.경제성이 있는 저렴한 제품을 고안하고자 하였으며 오피시트는 이모든 요건을 충족시킬수 있습니다.
0.8T의 강력한 접착성을 가지는 부틸고무위에 표면 엠보싱처리로 부틸고무와의 접착단면을 높인 1.2T의 EPDM을 압착하여 두제품의 장점을 최대한 살리고 두제품의 공통점인 방수효과는 배가 되도록 하였습니다.
현재 골프장 연못에 널리 사용되고 있는 이디피엠시트는 그방수성은 널리 인정되고 있으나 열융착또는 접착테이프사용으로 옥상방수시 시공상의 문제로 옥상방수에는 널리 사용되고 있지 않고 있습니다..부틸고무는 우수한 자착력과 콘크리트와의 완전한 결합으로 기대되고 있으나 너무 연질이라 찍힘이나 돌출면에 약합니다..
그두가지의 결합으로 두제품의 강한 방수성과 이디피엠의 강도와 부틸고무의 강한 자착력 연성 이런장점이 합하여진 우수한 차세대 방수시트제품입니다..
단순한 시공방법과 간단한 생산공정으로 시공성과 경제성과 방수성,내구성을 모두갖춘 시트입니다..
본인이 방수업에 종사를 하다보니 기존신기술이나 특허제품이 많이 있으나 여러어려운재료들을 겹겹히 하여시공이 어렵고 시공단가를 높이기만 할뿐 방수효과는 기대에 미치지 못했다고 봅니다..
단순한 두제품의 결합이나 그방수성은 기존의 어떤 제품보다 뛰어나다고 판단합니다.보다 시공이 간단하고 단순하며 방수성이 뛰어나고 수명이 오래 보장되는제품을 개발하였습니다.
옥상방수공법에 한단계 업그레이된 기술발전을 가져올수 있으며 자주 재시공해야하 는 타시공법의 한계를 극복하고 확실한 방수효과와 간단한 시공법으로 방수기술발전을 기대할수 있는제품입니다.

    어떤제품이 중간에 들어가던 부틸고무와 EPDM의 합성을 실용신안 등록코자 합니다.
