Claims (6)
- 가스켓을 통해 원통형 전지 캔의 비딩부에 절연된 상태로 설장되는 캡 어셈블리에 있어서, 안전벤트가 발전소자의 양극에 결합되어 있는 양극리드에 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 중앙이 상향 돌출되어 있는 상단 캡이 그것의 외주면을 따라 상기 안전벤트가 접속되어 있으며, 상단 캡과 안전벤트의 상기 접속 부위가 용접되어 있는 구조로 구성되어 있는 고율 충방전이 가능한 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접부가 2 또는 그 이상으로서 상호 방사상 대칭 구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 레이저 용접, 초음파 용접, 저항 용접 또는 납땜으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상단 캡에는 하나 또는 그 이상의 가스 배출구가 형성되어 있고;상기 안전벤트는 중앙부가 함몰된 형상으로서 그것의 상절곡 부위 및 하절곡 부위에는 각각 제 1 노치 및 제 2 노치가 형성되어 있으며;상기 안전벤트의 아래에는, 하나 또는 그 이상의 가스 배출구와 압력에 의해 분리가능하고 상향 돌출된 돌출부를 포함하고 있으며 상기 돌출부가 상기 안전벤트 의 하단에 결합되어 있고 돌출부 이외의 부분에 양극리드가 연결되어 있는 별도의 전류차단부재를 더 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전류차단부재는 돌출부를 중심으로 동심원상으로 3 ~ 5의 관통홀과 상기 관통홀을 연결하며 노치가 형성되어 있는 브릿지를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전지가 파워툴용 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
