Abstract

Conventional ocher bricks have a surface that is poor in durability and finish after construction because of the occurrence of cracks often due to the physical properties of the same loess. This has become a deterrent to the development of buildings by ocher bricks or blocks. In order to solve this problem, compacted bricks were prepared by mixing minerals such as cement, silica sand and quicklime with additives such as wood powder, straw, and fiber, but the problem of changes in the properties of ocher bricks caused problems. There was a decline.

크랙방지용 황토벽돌 및 그제조방법{omitted}Crack-resistant ocher brick and its manufacturing method {omitted}

1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention

2 is a first cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention.

The present invention relates to the manufacture of ocher bricks and blocks (hereinafter referred to as ocher bricks), and more particularly, to an ocher-integrated ocher brick designed to prevent lateral cracks of ocher bricks used for building walls.

Ocher brick is an eco-friendly building material, which covers about 10% of the earth's surface and has a large amount of calcium deoxidation (CaCo3). Due to this calcium carbonate, loess has a viscous force that is not easily broken, and it turns into clay when water is added. Ocher is composed of silica (SIO2), alumina (Al2O3), iron, magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na), and kali. Ocher is a honeycomb structure with a large surface, and a large number of spaces have a multi-layer structure. These characteristics include humidity control, thermal insulation, antibacterial, insect repellent, sound insulation, deodorization, air purification, fire prevention, anion release, and far-infrared radiation.

Conventional ocher bricks have a poor appearance after construction because of the occurrence of cracks often due to the physical properties of the same loess. This has become a deterrent to the development of buildings by ocher bricks or ocher blocks. In the meantime, cement wants to solve this problem. Although bricks were prepared by mixing and pressing additives such as silica sand, wood flour, fiber and quicklime, there were problems such as changes in the physical properties of ocher bricks.
