Claims (5)
- 광학적 영상을 전기적 신호 출력으로 전환시켜 주는 포토 다이오드(photo diode)들의 배열을 포함하는 이미지 센서부;상기 개개의 포토 다이오드들에 대향되게 배치되고 레드(R), 그린(G) 및 시안(Cy)의 3 가지 색 성분에 해당되는 필터 엘리먼트(filter element)들이 배열된 컬러 필터; 및상기 신호 출력들을 컬러 프로세싱(color processing)하는 컬러 프로세싱부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬영 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,개개의 상기 포토 다이오드는 상기 시안(Cy)에 대한 포화 출력이 감지되는 상기 백색 광의 조도에서의 상기 레드(R) 또는 그린(G)의 출력을 최대 포화 출력으로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 촬영 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 시안(Cy)에 대한 포화 출력이 감지되는 상기 백색 광의 조도에서의 상기 그린(G)의 출력은 블루(B)에 대한 감도가 상기 그린에 대한 감도에 비해 1/2배로 설정할 때 상기 시안(Cy)의 포화 출력에 대해 2/3 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 촬영 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이미지 센서부는 아날로그 신호(analog signal)인 상기 전기적 신호를 프로그레시브 스캔(progressive scan) 방식으로 검출하고 상기 전기적 신호를 디지털 신호(digital signal)로 변환시키는 변환기를 더 포함하고,상기 컬러 프로세싱부는 상기 디지털 신호 중 상기 시안(Cy)에 대한 신호로부터 상기 그린(G)에 대한 신호를 감하여 블루(B)에 대한 신호를 얻은 후 상기 디지털 신호를 컬러 프로세싱하여 영상 신호로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 촬영 소자.
- 색성분들 간의 감도를 줄이기 위해 레드(R), 그린(G) 및 시안(Cy)의 3 가지 색 성분에 해당되는 필터 엘리먼트(filter element)들이 베이어 패턴 배열(Bayer pattern array)로 배열된 컬러 필터; 및상기 컬러 필터 아래에 도입된 이미지 센서부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬영 소자.
