Claims (5)
- 각 지역별로 수거된 음식물 쓰레기가 투입되는 저장탱크의 내측에 교반 스크류를 구비하고, 이를 컨베이어에 공급하는 저장호퍼;상기 컨베이어를 통해 공급된 음식물 쓰레기를 세척수로 세척하되, 초음파의 진동을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기에 함침된 염분을 분리, 분해하는 염분 및 이물질 제거수단;상기 음식물 쓰레기를 가압하여 수분을 제거하는 탈수수단;초음파를 이용하여 탈수된 음식물 쓰레기를 건조, 발효시켜 퇴비 혹은 비료화 하되, 적어도 복수개 이상의 탱크 각각에 스크류가 구비되어 음식물 쓰레기를 교반시키며 숙성이 이루어지도록 하는 건조, 발효수단들;탈수과정 혹은 세척 과정에서 발생하는 수분을 가열하여 증발시켜 처리하는 수분처리수단;상기 건조 발효수단과 수분처리수단과 연결되어 이들에 열원을 공급하는 열매 보일러 및 응축수를 회수함과 아울러 이를 재급수하는 응축수 공급수단; 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 유기성 폐기물 처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염분제거수단은 염분제거탱크의 내부에 설치되는 적어도 복수개 이상의 초음파 발생장치가 갖추어져 초음파의 진동에 의해 염분의 음, 양이온이 분리되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물 처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조,발효수단과, 수분처리수단을 열매체를 이용한 보일러와 연결되어 이 보일러에서 공급되는 열을 통해 건조, 발효 혹은 수분처리가 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물 처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염분제거수단과, 건조,발효수단과, 수분처리수단의 각각에 복수개의 응축기를 구비하고, 이 응축기는 응축수 탱크와 연결되어 응축수를 급수 혹은 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물 처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조, 발효수단은 제1, 2, 3건조 탱크로 구성되며, 적어도 상기 제1건조발효탱크에 초음파 발생장치가 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물 처리 시스템.
