Claims (5)
- 압축공간을 내부에 포함하는 고정부재와;상기 고정부재 내부에서 축방향으로 왕복 직선운동하면서 상기 압축공간으로 흡입된 냉매를 압축시키는 가동부재와;상기 가동부재를 상기 가동부재의 운동방향으로 탄성 지지하도록 설치되어 부하에 의존하여 스프링 상수(KT)가 가변되는 적어도 하나 이상의 스프링과;상기 가동부재와 연결되도록 설치되어 상기 가동부재를 축방향으로 왕복 직선 운동시키며, 그 운전주파수(fc)를 상기 스프링 상수(KT)에 의존하는 가동부재의 고유주파수(fn)에 동기화시키는 리니어 모터로 이루어지고,상기 가동부재는 운동방향으로 냉매가 통과할 수 있도록 중앙에 중공의 냉매유로가 형성되고, 상기 냉매유로 중 냉매가 유입되는 입구영역이 냉매가 유출되는 출구영역보다 두께가 더 얇게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동부재는 상기 입구영역의 내경이 상기 출구영역의 내경보다 더 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가동부재는 상기 입구영역의 외경 및 출구영역의 외경이 동일하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가동부재는 상기 리니어 모터가 소정의 저주파수로 운전되더라도 상기 가동부재의 고유주파수와 동기화될 수 있도록 상기 스프링 상수를 고려하여 질량이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가동부재의 입구영역 내측에 일부 삽입된 상태로 상기 가동부재와 연결 설치되어 냉매의 유동 소음을 저감시키는 플라스틱 재질의 머플러가 더 포함되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
