The present invention relates to an injectable syringe, and more particularly, to an injectable syringe for preventing side effects caused by incorporation of glass fragments generated when cutting an injectable ampoule into a drug and eventually being inserted into a human body. .
In general, the method of injecting the human body of the drug includes oral administration, injection method such as injecting the drug directly into the body using a syringe. Injection method is widely used because of the advantage that the absorption of the drug faster and faster than the oral administration.
Injections are also used when oral administration is not possible due to inability to pitch. Injection is not possible due to unconsciousness or severe nausea or vomiting. Expected to ④ When using a drug without a formulation other than injections such as streptomycin ⑤ Oral administration of the digestive mucosal mucosa is difficult to absorb or use. However, despite its limited use, injections are widely used because of their merits and the limitations of oral administration.
However, glass fragments and rubber fragments from ampules and vials used as injection liquid containers are mixed with drugs, sucked by syringes, and injected into the body during injection, usually staying in the area, but sometimes blood flow Therefore, the lungs sequentially lead to kidneys through various organs such as liver and spleen. When these glass fragments block the blood vessels, there is a risk of chronic tissue necrosis, hemangiosarcoma, and embolism by blocking the blood supply. You can even go to the brain.
Although there are alternative methods to replace ampule containers with vials and oral administration to replace injections, oral administration may be impossible due to various disadvantages and circumstances. Even if the container is used, if the rubber lid is stabbed several times with a syringe, there is a risk of rubber debris getting mixed into the injection, and there is a safety problem due to contact with air on the rubber lid. In addition, when using a vial container, the pressure in the closed container is lowered when inhaling the injection, there is a disadvantage that excessive force is entered when extracting the drug.
It is an object of the present invention to filter insoluble materials, especially glass debris produced in ampules or rubber fragments produced in vials, by using a lid with a
More specifically, by providing a lid with a
In addition, the main objective of the present invention, in particular, aims to alleviate the use of an open container to prevent excessive force from entering the inhalation of the injection due to the tightness of the existing vial container.
The present invention relates to an injectable syringe, and more particularly, to an injectable syringe for preventing side effects caused by insertion of glass fragments generated when cutting an injection ampule.
According to the present invention, by providing a cylindrical tube equipped with a filter (4) between the needle (6) and the lid of a common syringe, it serves to filter the insoluble material mixed in the drug of the ampule (ampule) Not only safety is provided, but also a safety threat due to the responsiveness of the rubber portion, which has been raised as a disadvantage of the vial, and a syringe which prevents excessive force from entering the syringe inhalation of the drug is provided.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional view of the syringe for injection according to the present invention, the outer lid (2) acts like a normal lid (8) to prevent foreign matter in the distribution process. The length of the
In the case of the
And in the case of the
As shown in FIG. 2, when the pressure inside the syringe is lowered, the pressure of the
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the insertion of insoluble substances as much as possible without using a vial, as well as excessive force and inhalation of rubber when inhaling the drug, which has been raised as a disadvantage of the vial. Safety problems due to contact with can be prevented.
According to the present invention, by providing a cylindrical tube equipped with a
