Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an outdoor unit vibration isolator and a method of installing the same for preventing vibration and noise generated from an outdoor unit of an air conditioner from being transmitted to an installation surface.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed outside the room for heat exchange with outdoor air. The outdoor unit installation method is to fix the supporting leg to the foundation ground (concrete or general structure) and to use a separate installation subsidiary material.
If the outdoor unit is installed on the roof by attaching rubber to the legs and bottom of the outdoor unit and fixing the outdoor unit to the floor by using anchor bolts, the waterproof layer on the roof may be broken while installing the anchor bolts. It may also cause a ceiling leak. For this reason, the installation company usually installs the outdoor unit without fixing it to the floor. In this case, the outdoor unit may be conducted by a typhoon or an external impact.
Another outdoor unit installation method is to assemble the legs of the outdoor unit to a separate subsidiary material to support locally, using this method, because the outdoor unit is not fixed to the floor, the outdoor unit can be conducted by an external shock or typhoon. If the capacity of the outdoor unit is larger than 200kg, the installation of the outdoor unit becomes unstable during local support, and high strength of the support is required.
The present invention aims to prevent damage to the installation site while minimizing vibration transmission between the outdoor unit and the installation site, and to move and install the outdoor unit more stably.
The outdoor unit vibration isolator according to the present invention for this purpose includes a lower panel, an upper panel, and a vibration absorbing member. The lower panel is in contact with the bottom surface on which the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is to be installed, and the upper panel is installed to face the lower panel, and the outdoor unit is mounted thereon. The vibration absorbing member is inserted between the upper panel and the lower panel to absorb vibration generated from the outdoor unit.
In the installation method of the outdoor unit dustproof device for mounting the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the outdoor unit dustproof device is fixedly installed on the installation floor surface using an adhesive.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 as follows. First, Figure 1 is a view showing a planar and side cross-sectional view of the outdoor unit vibration isolator according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the outdoor unit dustproof apparatus 100 according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is such that the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104 are fastened by the panel fastening member 106 but spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. Is installed. A plurality of vibration absorbing members 108 is inserted in the space between the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104.
The outdoor unit 110 is positioned above the upper panel 102, and the lower panel 104 is attached and fixed to the installation bottom 114 through the adhesive 112. In this way, since the outdoor unit dustproof device 100 is fixed to the installation floor surface through the adhesive 112, the outdoor unit dustproof device 100 may be stably fixed to the installation floor surface without damaging the installation floor surface 114.
2 is a view showing the structure of the vibration absorbing member of the outdoor unit dustproof apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 (a) is a state in which no load is applied, (b) is vibration absorption The member 108 is compressed by the load of the outdoor unit 110. The plurality of vibration absorbing members 108 serves to absorb vibrations of the outdoor unit 110 transmitted through the upper panel 102 between the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104.
As shown in (a) of Figure 2, the vibration absorbing member 108 is provided with a spring 204a and the anti-vibration rubber 204b integrally provided by injection molding for absorbing the vibration generated in the outdoor unit 110, This vibration absorbing member 108 is supported by a spring and a dustproof rubber support member 202.
The spring and dustproof rubber support member 202 is fixedly installed in the lower panel 104 and the hole 102a in the upper panel 102 so that the vibration absorbing member 108 is not separated from the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104. ) Is inserted into the structure. The hole insertion degree of the spring and the anti-vibration rubber support member 202 can be adjusted through the panel support member 302 of FIG.
Outside of the anti-vibration rubber 204b, springs and anti-vibration rubber protection members 206 are provided for protecting against water penetration, impact from the outside, and direct sunlight. The spring and the anti-vibration rubber protective member 206 are corrugated tubes, which freely contract or extend within a certain range depending on the degree of compression of the vibration absorbing member 108.
In FIG. 2, the upper panel 102 is a shaped steel having a hollow portion, and a hole 102a is formed in the lower surface of the upper panel 102 so that the spring and the anti-vibration rubber support member 202 are moved up and down from the hollow portion inside the shaped steel. Will flow. In other words, when the outdoor unit 100 is seated on the upper panel 102 and vibrates, the upper panel 102 flows up and down by its load and vibration, so that the vibration absorbing member 108 may compress and expand up and down. It is. The vibration generated in the outdoor unit 100 by the vertical vibration of the vibration absorbing member 108 is absorbed in the middle without being transmitted to the bottom surface 114 of the installation place.
3 is a view showing the structure of the panel fastening member of the outdoor unit vibration isolator according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 1, Figure 3 (a) is the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104 is the maximum clearance (B) is a state in which the vibration absorbing member 108 is compressed by the load of the outdoor unit 110 so that the clearance between the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104 is reduced to a value smaller than the maximum size.
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104 are fastened by the panel fastening member 106. The panel fastening member is based on the bolt 302 and the nuts 304 and 306, while the lower panel 104 is fixedly fastened to the bolt 302 by two nuts 304, whereas the upper panel 102 is fastened by the nut 306 at the top thereof so as not to escape from the bolt 302 but to move to the bottom of the bolt 302, that is, toward the lower panel 104. Therefore, when the vibration absorbing member 108 illustrated in FIG. 2 is contracted by the load of the outdoor unit 110, the upper panel 102 moves toward the lower panel 104, and the clearance between the two panels is narrowed, and the vibration absorbing member 108 is reduced. Even if e) is stretched, the upward movement of the upper panel 102 is restricted by the bolt 306 so that the clearance between the upper panel 102 and the lower panel 104 can be maintained below the maximum size A. .
In addition, a rubber vibration blocking member 310 is inserted between the upper panel 102, the bolt 302, and the nut 306 to maximize the dustproof effect. The screw receiving part 308 is inserted between the nut 306 and the vibration blocking member 310.
The outdoor unit dustproof device according to the present invention is installed under the outdoor unit to minimize the vibration and noise generated when operating the outdoor unit to the installation surface while preventing the damage of the installation site, it is possible to install the outdoor unit more stably.
