Claims (3)
- 밸브변(410)과, 이 밸브변에 수직방향으로 일체화된 밸브축(420)으로 이루어진 나비밸브(400);상기 나비밸브(400)의 밸브축(420) 상단에 축착고정하되, 중앙에 장공(141)을 가지는 요크(140)와, 그 요크를 내장하는 하우징(110)과, 상기 하우징이 내부에서 가로지른 가이드 바(120), 상기 가이드 바에 꿰어진 채, 슬라이딩 할 수 있는 가이드 블럭(130)과, 이 가이드 블럭에서 상기 가이드 바와 교차하는 방향으로 축착된 관통핀(131)과, 이 관통핀에 끼워진 부싱(132)을 구비하여, 상기 부싱이 상기 요크(140)의 장공(141)에 결합되도록 한 작동기구 유니트(100);상기한 작동기구 유니트(100)의 하우징(110)에 암나사부(111)를 형성한 후, 그 암나사를 통해 내부를 향해 전/후진 시킬 수 있는 개방각 조절 보울트(150);상기한 작동기구 유니트(100)의 하우징(110)에 암나사부(111)를 형성한 후, 그 암나사를 통해 내부를 향해 전/후진 시킬 수 있는 폐쇄각 조절 보울트(160);상기 작동기구 유니트(100)의 하우징(110) 외측에 고정된 실린더(220)와, 상기 실린더의 내부에서 피스톤 가이드바(250)를 따라 전/후진 할 수 있는 피스톤(210)과, 상기 피스톤에 일측 끝단이 연결되고, 그 타측 끝단이 상기한 가이드 블럭(130)에 연결된 피스톤 로드(240)로 이루어진 공압 액츄에이터(200)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공압식 액츄에이터를 이용한 나비밸브 개폐장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 요크(140)는 그 좌, 우 양측에 개방각 조절 보울트(150) 및 폐쇄각 조절 보울트(160)가 접촉하기에 용이하도록 반구형 융기부(142)를 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공압식 액츄에이터를 이용한 나비밸브 개폐장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 하우징(110)은 개방각 조절 보울트(150) 및 폐쇄각 조절 보울트(160)를 나삽하기 위한 암나사부(111)가 요크(140)의 측면을 향할 수 있도록 임의의 경사각(θ)을 가진 빗변부(112)로 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공압식 액츄에이터를 이용한 나비밸브 개폐장치.
