본 발명은 자동차의 각종 외장 바(bar), 즉 루프캐리어(Roof Carrier)나 롤오버바(Roll Over Bar) 등의 봉상(棒狀)장착물에 설치되는 완충패드에 관한 것으로, 양단에 벨크로테이프로 구성된 접합부가 형성되고 양측단에는 조임끈이 내장된 외피를 완충재와 분리하여 구성함으로써, 더욱 견고한 설치가 가능할 뿐 아니라 미관 또한 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
