Abstract
본 발명은 잉크젯 프린터의 잉크 순환장치에 관한 것으로, 잉크젯 헤드(1)가 배치되는 순환배관(2)의 양측부에 주 잉크 저장통(3)과 부 잉크 저장통(4)이 연결되고, 잉크젯 헤드(1)와 주 잉크 저장통(3) 사이에 순환 펌프(9)가 연결되어 불용성 안료 잉크를 안정하게 분사하도록 구성된다. 이러한 본 발명은 시스템 내 분산 안정성을 위해 잉크 공급통의 높이 차에 의한 자연적인 순환 보다는 순환 펌프를 이용한 강제 순환을 실시하도록 구성되어 있으므로 비중이 높은 불용성 안료 잉크 분사 시 시스템 내 침전을 방지하여 순환 및 공급 불균형을 해소하고, 분산 안정성을 유지할 수 있는 이점이 있으며, 결과적으로 분산 시 미니스커스(meniscus)를 양호하게 형성하여 인자의 품질을 향상하고 장치의 신뢰성을 향상하는 이점이 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
