Claims (3)
- 일측에 토출구가 형성된 펌프본체와;상기 펌프본체의 내면측에 배출시작단은 낮은 깊이로 형성되고 배출끝단은 깊은 깊이를 갖도록 나선상으로 삭설되며, 상기한 배출끝단이 토출구와 연결되도록 형성되는 배출통로와;상기 펌프본체의 중심부에 회전이 자유롭게 가능하도록 장착된 채 입력부는 펌프본체의 이면측에 노출된 상태로 돌출되고, 작동부는 펌프본체의 내면측에 길게 돌출된 상태로 설치되는 회전축과;상기 회전축의 작동부 끝단측에 형성되어 흡입되는 유체를 펌프본체의 내면측으로 이송시켜주기 위하여 형성되는 이송스크류와;상기 회전축의 작동부 시작단측에 흡입력을 발생시키기 위하여 형성되며, 펌프본체의 내면측을 향한 부분에서부터 이송스크류측을 향해 갈수록 외경이 점차로 작아지면서 비틀린 상태로 형성되는 토네이도 임펠러와;상기 펌프본체의 내면측에 밀폐상태로 부착되며, 상기 회전축의 토네이도 임펠러와 이송스크류를 감싸주는 흡입부와 이송부 그리고 흡입호스가 연결되는 연결부가 일체로 형성되어 있는 커버체;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토네이도 임펠러가 형성되는 회전축의 시작단측 외경은 펌프본체의 내면측을 향한 부분이 넓고 끝단측을 향한 부분은 좁은 원추형 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 유체펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토네이도 임펠러가 형성되는 회전축의 시작단측 외경은 끝단측과 동일한 직경을 갖는 환봉 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 유체펌프.
