본 발명은 정수, 연수, 음이온수 등 물의 성질을 활용하는 물탱크가 일체로 구비된 수도직결 샤워기에 있어서 온수장치와 온수배출방법에 관한 것으로 수도의 냉온수에 연결되는 냉수파이프(a60)와 온수파이프(a70)와 이들 파이프와 연결되어 물의 개폐를 결정하고 온수, 냉수의 양을 조절하는 개폐밸브(a80)와 여기에 연결되어 정수 연수 음이온수 등으로 물의 성질을 변화시키는 기능이 있도록 구성되어 저장하는 냉수물탱크(a50)와 온수물탱크(a40)와 이들 물탱크와 연결되어 냉온수를 혼합하는 냉온수혼합장치(a30) 여기에 연결된 샤워기호스(a20)와 물을 배출시키는 샤워기의 물분사장치(a10)로 구성되며, 본 발명이 주장하는 기술인 온수탱크(a40)와 이 온수탱크(a40)내의 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)는 도 2의 도면에서 보듯이 상부의 냉온수혼합장치(a30) 연결 파이프와 하부의 온수파이프(a40)와 상하 연결되어 물이 통과할 수 있도록 형성되어 구성되고 이 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)는 그 재질이 기억형상합금으로 만들어져 일정한 온도에 형상이 바뀌도록 형성되어 구성되고, (형상기억합금에 관해서는 공지된 기술로서 여기서는 상세한 설명을 생략함)즉 냉수일 경우엔 밀폐된 파이프장치로 모양이 형성되어 즉 상하로 연결된 부분외에 밀폐되어 구성되나 제작시에 설정한 임의의 온도로 파이프 온도가 상승할 경우 즉, 온수가 공급되면서 파이프장치의 온도가 일정한 수치로 상승할 경우 이 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)에 온수개폐구멍(b30)이 나타나 밀폐되어 상하로만 오픈 연결된 파이프의 몸체가 열리게 되어 구멍이 나타나게되고 이어서 온수탱크(a40)내로 온수가 유입되는 과정을 거친 후에 다시 샤워기의 물분사장치(a10)로 배출되는 것으로서 가령 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)를 섭씨 20도에 온수개폐구멍이(b30) 나타나게 형성하였다면 파이프를 통과하는 온수가 섭씨 20도가 되기 전에는 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)에 온수개폐구멍(b30)이 생기지 않으나 파이프를 통과하는 물이 섭씨 20도가 넘을경우 온수연결개폐파이프장치(b20)의 온도도 상승하면서 온수개폐구멍(b30)이 나타나게 되고 온수가 탱크내로 유입되는 과정을 거치면서 온수탱크에 연결된 냉온수혼합장치(a30)와 여기에 연결된 샤워기호스(a20)와 물을 배출시키는 샤워기의 물분사장치(a10)로 물이 배출되는것으로 이 과정은 사용자가 샤워를 하기 위하여 냉온수밸브(a80)를 작동 냉온수를 사용할 경우 온수파이프를 통하여 온수탱크에 유입된 온수는 온수개폐장치를 통과하면서 발생되는 것으로 온수탱크의 온수의 변화에 따라 나타나도록 형성되어 구성되었으며 상황에 따라 복수개의 온수개폐구멍(b30)이 물의 온도에 따라 순차적으로 나타나도록 형성, 구성하여 온수탱크에 남아있던 낮은 온도의 온수들이 갑자기 배출되는 것을 막을 수 있도록 되게하며 또한 온수개폐구멍(b30)은 다양한 형태가 가능할 수 있으며 물의 성질에 따라 거기에 맞게 형성되게 하여 구성된 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a hot water device and a hot water discharging method in a water-directed shower unit which is integrally provided with a water tank utilizing water properties such as purified water, soft water, anion water, and the like.
