본 발명은 표면의 거칠기가 우수한 고품질 Glass를 이용한 Projection Display( LCD Projection TV, DLP 등)Projection Reflection Mirror의 제조공법 개발에 관한 내용이다. Description
본 발명은 Glass의 표면 품질을 대폭 개선한 Glass를 이용한 Projection Display에 사용되는 Reflection Mirror 개발에 관한 내용이다. 현재 Reflection Mirror에 사용중인 Glass원판은 표면의 거칠기가 SPa(Non filtering data)=0.07~0.34micro 수준이며 이에 따라서 DLP와 같은 고화질 Display의 경우 화면의 왜곡을 발생시킨다. 본 발명은 Glass의 표면의 거칠기를 SPa=0.05micro이하의 Glass를 이용하여 Reflection Mirror를 형성하는 것이다.
