본 발명은 일반건축물의 건축설비중 위생기구인 욕조에서 온수의 온도를 유지 하기위한 방법으로서 일반적으로 욕조에 온수를 받아서 목욕을 할 경우 목욕하는 시간이 지남에 따라서 온수의 온도가 내려가서 충분한 시간동안 목욕을 할 수 없거나 온수를 보충해야만 만족스러운 목욕을 할 수 있으며 이 경우에도 적정온도를 유지하기가 불편한 점이 발생하므로 이러한 불편을 해소하고 원하는 시간동안 일정한 온도를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 하고 그 구성은 보일러에서 가열된 온수가 가열용수 공급관을 지나서 욕조 하부에 설치된 열교환기에서 욕조 내의 온수를 가열하고 가열용수 환수관을 지나서 보일러로 돌아오며 욕조 내에 온도감지기 및 온도조절기를 설치하여 원하는 온도에 맞추어 온수를 사용할 수 있으므로 목욕도중에 욕조내 온수가 내려가서 목욕하기에 불편한 점이 없이 일정한온도로 충분한 시간동안 목욕을 할 수 있고 기존의 보일러를 사용하기 때문에 시설을 간단하게 설치할 수 있다.The present invention is a method for maintaining the temperature of the hot water in the tub, a sanitary device in the building equipment of general buildings, generally when the bath receives hot water in the bath, the temperature of the hot water is lowered for a sufficient time as the bath time passes Satisfactory bathing is impossible only when you cannot bathe or by replenishing hot water, and in this case, it is inconvenient to maintain the proper temperature.
