Description
Claims (8)
- 주파수 조정을 위해서 외부전계를 가하면 기계적 변형이 되고, 일정두께를 갖는 압전소자;상기 압전소자의 하면에 형성되고, 일정두께를 갖는 하부전극;상기 압전소자의 상면에 형성되고, 일정크기를 갖는 패치;상기 압전소자의 상면에 형성되고, 상기 패치의 일측에 전기적으로 연결된 급전선;상기 압전소자의 상면에 형성되고, 상기 급전선에 전기적으로 연결된 전송기; 및상기 압전소자의 상면에 형성되고, 상기 전송기에 전기적으로 연결된 전송선을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 X-cut, Y-cut, Z-cut Quartz기판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로 스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 1~5인치의 직경과 0.1 ~ 1mm의 두께를 갖고, 원판형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부전극은 1~5인치의 직경과 0.1 ~ 5㎛의 두께를 갖고, 원판형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패치는 5×5 ~ 15×15mm의 크기를 갖고, 정사각형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 급전선은 0.1×3 ~ 0.3×8mm의 크기를 갖고, 직사각형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전송기는 1×3 ~ 2×7mm의 크기를 갖고, 직사각형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전송선은 0.5×5 ~ 1×5mm의 크기를 갖고, 직사각형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자를 이용한 마이크로스트립 안테나.
