Abstract
본 발명은 치과용 의료기에 정수된 물을 온수로 자동 공급하는 방법 및 장치에 관한것으로서 케이스가 구비되고, 케이스 중앙에 전처리 정수필터가 장착되고, 적정정수가 용이하도록 가압펌프와 압력센서가 설치되며, 케이스 상단부에는 전처리된 물을 최종 정수시키기 위한 멤브레인(MEMBRANE)이 설치되고, 2중 차단 벽으로 되어있고 신축성있는 압력탱크를 장착하여 정수된 물의 오염을 막고, 또한 의료기에 정수된 물을 공급할 때 별도로 가압을 하거나 저장탱크에 물을 일일이 채워 넣는 불편함 없이 탱크 자체 압력으로 필요한 만큼 자동공급되며, 정수된 물을 식수와 의료용으로 구분하여 식수공급라인은 티오알(T.O.R) 필터를 거쳐 환자에게 식수를 공급하고, 의료용 공급라인은 별도의 가열저장탱크와 자동온도조절장치를 설치하여 정수된 물을 데워서 공급함으로서 치과치료시 환자의 거부감을 없애고, 환자 대기실엔 급수장치를 치과용 정수장치와 온라인으로 연결 설치하여 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며 썩션(SUCTION) 탱크가 필요없기 때문에 물을 일일이 갖다 붓는 번거로움이 없고 정수된 물을 의료기에 공급함으로서 정밀하고 미세한 고가의 의료장비가 마모되거나 막히는 것을 사전에 방지하고 장비의 수명을 연장시킬수 있고 환자에게는 구강치료시 깨끗한 물을 사용함으로서 구강 건강과 의사에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for automatically supplying purified water to a dental medical device as hot water, having a case, a pretreatment water filter mounted at the center of the case, and a pressure pump and a pressure sensor installed to facilitate proper water purification.
