맨홀 직경보다 훨씬 긴 가로방향 장방형 기대(1)상의 중앙에 통상의 유압잭(2)이 직립 설치되고, 상기 유압잭의 상단에는 V자형 로프홈(3)이 파인 반달형 로프지지구(4)가 장착되며, 상기 장방형 기대(1)양단에는 사다리꼴 지지판(5)(5')이 세로방향으로 직립용접되고, 상기 지지판(5)(5')의 전후 하단에는 이동용 롤러(6)(6')(6a)(6a')가 장착되며, 맨홀뚜껑의 직경방향으로 양쪽에 형성된 뚜껑 개폐용 반원형 개폐홈(7)(7')과 수직으로 일치되는 상기 장방형 기대(1) 양쪽에는 와이어로프(8) 관통공(9)(9')이 천설되고, 그 관통공(9)(9')들의 상기 유압잭(2)쪽으로는 둘레에 V자형 로프홈(10)(10')이 형성된 활차(滑車)(11)(11')가 회전되게 장착된 축(12)(12')이 세로방향으로 용접고정되며, 상기 와이어로프(8)는 그 중앙이 상기 반달형 로프지지구(4)의 V자형 로프홈(3)에 걸치면서 그 양단(23)(23')은 상기 와이어로프 관통공(9)(9')으로 관통되어 금속재질의 수직형 맨홀뚜껑 파지구(13)(13')의 중공부(24)(24')에 삽입되어 압착고정되고, 상기 수직형 맨홀뚜껑 파지구(13)(13')의 중간부위는 그 외주면에 너트(14)(14')가 승강되게 나사산(15)(15')이 형성되며, 그 하부에는 그 파지구 하단에 용접되어 내측이 길게 연장된 받침판(18)(18')에 의해 뚜껑을 파지할 수 있도록 맨홀뚜껑 두께보다 약간 넓은 ㄷ자형 요홈(17)(17')이 형성되고 상기 장방형 기대(1) 중앙에 설치된 잭(2) 바닥의 정면에는 볼트머리 반대편에만 너트고정용 나사산이 형성된 관통볼트(20)(20')에 의해 \_형 회전 지지봉(19)(19')의 상단이 상기 볼트를 중심으로 회전되게 장착되고 상기 사다리꼴 양쪽 지지판(5)(5') 하단 전후에는 전체 개폐장치 견인용 고리(21)(21') 삽탈용 구멍(22)(22')(22a)(22a')이 각각 천설된 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 맨홀뚜껑 개폐용 장치.A normal hydraulic jack (2) is installed upright in the center on the horizontal rectangular base (1), which is much longer than the manhole diameter, and a half moon rope support (4) with a V-shaped rope groove (3) is mounted on the upper end of the hydraulic jack.
