Claims (5)
- 0.65이하의 편평률을 갖는 래디얼 공기 타이어에 있어서, 한 쌍의 평행한 비드코드와 상기 비드 코어 주위에 감기는 하나 이상의 래디얼 카카스 플라이와 그 카카스 외주 측에 적층된 벨트층과, 상기 벨트층의 외주 측에 형성된 원주방향의 벨트 보강층을 포함하고, 상기 카카스 플라이는 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트로 제조된 딥코드를 포함하며, 상기 라이오셀 딥코드는 건강도(S1)/습강도(S2) 비는 1.2 내지 1.6이며, 고온에서 강력이용률 및 형태안정성은 고온 인장강도(S3)가 상온에서의 인장강도(S4)의 80%이상, 섬도 2,000 내지 8,000 데니어, 수축률(E) 1%미만, 건강도(S1)가 5.0g/d ∼ 8.5g/d, 습강도(S2)가 4.0g/d ∼ 7.0g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 공기 타이어.단, S1(g/d) ; 107℃에서 2시간 건조 후 인장속도 300mm/분 초하중 0.05g/d의조건으로 측정.S2(g/d) ; 25℃, 65RH에서 24시간 방치후 S1과 같은 조건으로 측정.S3(g/d) ; 140℃에서 S1과 같은 조건으로 측정.S4(g/d) ; 25℃에서 수분율 1% 이하에서 S1과 같은 조건으로 측정.E(%) ; 150℃, 0.01g/d 조건에서 30분간 방치하여 측정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카카스 플라이가 1층 또는 2층으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 공기 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카카스 플라이에서 딥코드 보강 밀도 15 ∼ 35 EPI인 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 공기 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카카스 플라이에서 딥코드는 꼬임수 250 ∼ 500TPM인 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 공기 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카카스 플라이에서 딥코드는 중간신도와 건열수축률의 합이 4.0%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 공기 타이어.
