A necklace type earphone for mobile phones is provided to be suitable for various users by varying the length of an earphone cord using reels attached to a neck line. A long connecting cord(4) is guided to a center of a lower portion of the neck line via an inner side of a lower neck line and the first reel. The long connecting cord is also connected to the plug cord. A second reel(2b) includes a connector(12) to which a connecting hole of the mobile phone is inserted. The connecting cord is wound around the second reel.
