Description

리프스프링 현가장치{leaf spring suspension}Leaf spring suspension {leaf spring suspension}

The present invention relates to a leaf spring used in the suspension of a vehicle, and more particularly, to a technique for varying the elastic force provided by the leaf spring suspension.

The leaf spring is formed by stacking a plurality of spring steel sheets formed in a strip shape, and the characteristics of the spring are determined by the friction between the stacked sheets. As described above, the leaf spring is generally configured such that one end of the spring eye is directly connected to the vehicle body and the other end of the spring eye is connected to the vehicle body by a shackle.

Therefore, when the load acting on the suspension device is small, the shackle's rotational motion occurs before the elastic deformation of the leaf spring occurs, and the elastic force of the leaf spring is exerted only on the load beyond the range of the rotational motion of the shackle. .

Here, the light load in the range of the shackle rotational movement is substantially unable to provide an appropriate elastic force in the suspension device, the vibration absorption and vibration damping function of the suspension is insufficient, the ride comfort is reduced.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the problems described above, so that the shackle of the leaf spring is rotated, and the suspension device can provide an appropriate elastic force for the light load in the range that the elastic deformation of the leaf spring itself is not large. The purpose is to provide a leaf spring suspension.

상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명 리프스프링 현가장치는 섀클의 하단이 상승하는 회전운동에 대해 변형되면서 탄성 지지력을 제공할 수 있도록 섀클과 차체 사이에 설치된 탄성력제공수단과;The leaf spring suspension of the present invention for achieving the object as described above is provided with an elastic force providing means provided between the shackle and the vehicle body to provide elastic support while the lower end of the shackle is deformed to the rising rotational movement;

It characterized in that it comprises a stopper is installed so as to limit the amount of deformation of the elastic force providing means is raised to the bottom of the sackle.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a view illustrating a configuration of a leaf spring suspension device according to the present invention, wherein the lower end of the shackle 1 is deformed against a rising rotational motion while providing elastic support force between the shackle 1 and the vehicle body. Providing means and a stopper (3) is provided to limit the amount of deformation of the elastic force providing means by raising the lower end of the shackle (1).

2 shows a specific embodiment of the elastic force providing means and the stopper (3), the elastic force providing means for supporting the support block 5 and the support block 5, the lower end of the shackle (1) is in contact In addition, the lower end of the shackle (1) is deformed by the rotational movement of the rising plate spring (7) for generating an elastic support force, and the support spring (9) for fixing the plate spring (7) by connecting to the vehicle body It consists of.

The stopper 3 has a shape including a coupling groove 11 for supporting both ends of the plate spring 7 and a protrusion 13 protruding toward the support block 5, and formed of a rubber material. By being integrally coupled to the support bracket (9) is a structure fixed to the vehicle body through the support bracket (9).

As a result, the leaf spring 7 is fixed to the vehicle body by the stopper 3 and the support bracket 9.

Both ends of the support bracket 9 are bent to surround the stopper 3 as shown, so as to support the load of the plate spring 7 applied to the coupling groove 11 provided at both ends of the stopper 3. It was made.

Between the support block 5 and the plate spring 7 is provided a coil spring 15 which is a spring that the support block 5 is elastically supported in a direction away from the protrusion 13 of the stopper 3. .

Referring to the operation of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.

When the load applied to the suspension device while driving the vehicle is provided only to rotate the shackle 1, when the lower end of the shackle 1 is rotated upward, the support block 5 is in contact with the shackle 1. While receiving the load from the shackle 1, the support block 5 compresses the coil spring 15 and further transfers the load received from the shackle 1 to the plate spring (7).

The plate spring 7 generates an elastic support force by its own deformation as shown in FIG. 3, and the elastic support force generated as such is reversely supported by the support block 5, the shackle 1, and the leaf spring 17. It acts as a force supporting the axle mounted to the leaf spring (17).

Therefore, when a light load that does not cause deformation of the leaf spring 17 acts on the suspension device, the vehicle body can be stably supported by the elastic support force acting on the leaf spring 17, thereby absorbing vibration and The proper performance of the dustproof function improves the riding comfort.

If the load applied from the shackle 1 to the support block 5 is greater, the support block 5 is in contact with the protrusion 13 of the stopper 3, wherein the protrusion 13 is rubber By alleviating the impact caused by the sudden limitation of the movement of the support block 5 as a material, the ride comfort of the vehicle body is prevented from being deteriorated by the impact.

As described above, the leaf spring 17 is deformed as in the related art to the load applied after the support block 5 is completely in close contact with the protrusion 13 of the stopper 3. To do this.

Of course, when the load as described above is released, the plate spring 7 is returned to its original shape as shown in Figure 2, the support block 5 is the protrusion of the stopper 3 by the coil spring 15 It will have a state spaced apart from (13).

As described above, according to the present invention, the vibration of the suspension device by allowing the shackle of the leaf spring to rotate and by appropriately providing the elastic support force by the deformation of the plate spring against the light load in the range that the elastic deformation of the leaf spring itself is not large. Absorption and dustproof functions are properly performed to improve the riding comfort.
