Abstract

PURPOSE: An electronic throttle control actuator is provided to reduce noise and to improve the durability by installing a motor turning a throttle valve flap by a controller in an actuator housing firmly and stably with an insertion ring. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve flap is installed to an actuator housing, and turned by receiving power from a motor mounted in a motor installation part of the actuator housing. A throttle position sensor detects turning of the throttle valve flap, and a cover restricts the motor in the motor installation part of the actuator housing. The outer periphery of a stepped part of the motor is surrounded by the inner periphery of an insertion ring(13), and the outer periphery of the insertion ring is inserted to the motor installation part of the actuator housing to install the motor in the actuator housing firmly. An elastic force supply unit is integrally formed in the insertion ring to apply elastic force evenly and entirely in radial direction in the circumference of the insertion ring.
