Abstract

PURPOSE: A wrist exercise device is provided which is configured to strengthen power and flexibility of a user's wrist easily and simply using a rubber band spring held in the wrist. CONSTITUTION: The wrist exercise device comprises: a wrist holder(1) having an injection mold(a) and a band fixing loop(b); a finger holder(2); and a rubber band spring(3) having a rubber band(a) and a spring incorporating rubber band(b). The user repeatedly moves up and down and left and right in a state in which the rubber band spring(3) is engaged with both the wrist holder(1) and the finger holder(2).
