CONSTITUTION: In a rotary clothes drying hanger(1) installed and attached on the ceiling of a building, a straight drying bar(1a) and a curved drying bar(1b) are jointed corresponding to each other by a reinforcing connection bar(3). A rotary pulley(2) is inserted in the clothes drying hanger. An upper groove unit of the rotary pulley and a lower groove unit of the clothes drying hanger rotate by a ball. The lower groove unit is formed straightly to rotate the ball. The rotary pulley is divided into a moving tool, a supporting unit, and a hanging unit. The upper groove unit into which the ball is inserted is formed at the underside of the moving tool. A space unit is formed in the supporting unit to settle a hook of a hanger.
