Claims (3)
- [ⅰ] 방사액 주탱크(1), 방사액 보조탱크(2), 방사액 드롭장치(3), 노즐블록(5), 상기 노즐블록으로 부터 방사되는 섬유들을 집적하는 컬렉터(6) 및 노즐블록(5)과 컬렉터(6)로 전압을 걸어주기 위한 전압발생장치(4)로 구성되며, 상기 노즐블록(5)에 설치된 노즐(5a) 출구가 상부 방향으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 컬렉터(6)가 노즐블록(5)의 상부에 위치하며, 상기 방사액 주탱크(1)와 노즐블록(5) 사이에 방사액 드롭장치(3)가 설치되어 있는 상향식 전기방사장치로 방사액을 방사하여 나노섬유 웹을 제조한 다음 ;[ⅱ] 제조된 나노섬유 웹(7)을 메트릭스용 고분자 용액의 욕조(8) 내로 통과시키면서 상기 욕조(8)의 출구부에 설치된 흡입장치(10)로 메트릭스용 고분자 용액을 흡입하여 나노섬유 웹(7)의 기공에 매트리스용 고분자 용액을 충진시킨 후, 계속해서 스퀴징, 건조, 압착 및 권취함을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유를 포함하는 하이브리드 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 메트릭스용 고분자 용액의 욕조(8) 내에 담겨져 있는 메트릭스용 고분자 용액의 높이를 회전 가능한 캠(cam) 타입인 메트릭스용 고분자 용액의 높이 조절장치(9)로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유를 포함하는 하이브리드 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, [ⅰ] 나노섬유 웹을 제조하는 공정과, [ⅱ] 나노섬유 웹의 기공에 메트릭스용 고분자 용액을 충진시킨 후 계속해서 스퀴징, 건조, 압착 및 권취하는 공정이 연속적으로 또는 불연속적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유를 포함하는 하이브리드 복합재료의 제조방법.
