Working step ladder according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of stair frames; And it is horizontally arranged on the upper end of the stair frame, it includes a foldable work scaffold provided to be foldable from one side.
Description
The present invention relates to a work scaffolding ladder, and more specifically, unlike the prior art, since the working scaffold area can be effectively folded, it is possible to reduce the space for storage as well as to carry it comfortably, in particular, the folding operation even by the operator alone It is about a work step ladder that can proceed safely.
A ladder is a generic term for a device that can be stepped on when going up and down a high or low place. There are many different types of ladders because they are made to fit the intended use. Let's take a brief look at this.
First of all, a typical ladder that is commonly encountered in the vicinity is a folding ladder. It is also called an A-shaped ladder because it can be folded in the shape of an English letter A.
Whereas a general ladder takes up a lot of volume when stored, such a folding ladder can be folded and stored, so storage convenience can be increased.
Next, there is a walking step work ladder and an orchard ladder.
Walking Step The work ladder is used to step up and down stairs to a high place in a factory or a large warehouse.
Working step ladders are in the form of steps that go up and down, so it is mainly to have a height of less than 1m. However, in shipping companies, etc., there is a lot of work at heights of 2~3m, so a walking step ladder with a large size to climb up to a height of about 3m is sometimes used.
The orchard ladder is commonly used in orchards, and it is made so that it is not inconvenient for picking or pruning fruits while standing high as well as being able to climb as high as a tree.
In particular, a frame for preventing a worker from falling is installed at the upper end of the orchard ladder.
On the other hand, in addition to this, there are a straight ladder, a rope ladder, a cow-type work ladder, and the like. Uma-type work ladders are sometimes simply called work ladders.
These work ladders are very useful for working at high places, that is, at heights, because the work scaffold is formed. Therefore, it is very useful when working while moving or moving a certain distance, for example, painting or painting, rather than working in one place without moving.
In addition, work ladders are widely used because of their simple structure and low manufacturing cost compared to walking step work ladders and fruit tree ladders.
However, the existing conventional working scaffolding ladder is a fixed type that the working scaffold is not folded, so it has no choice but to occupy a lot of space during storage, and also has a problem of inconvenient handling due to its large volume when transported.
In particular, when folding the existing conventional work step ladder, it is necessary to fold the footrest down in an inverted state and then fold the legs, so the folding work may be inconvenient and the work is not safe, and if the ladder is large, it is difficult to work alone Considering all of these, there is a need for technological development to solve this problem.
Therefore, the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is that, unlike the prior art, the working scaffold area can be effectively folded, so that the space for storage can be reduced, and it can be conveniently transported. to provide a ladder.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a plurality of stair frames; And disposed horizontally at the upper end of the stair frame, a working scaffold ladder comprising a foldable working scaffold that is provided to be foldable from one side may be provided.

In addition, the center of the pair of unit footrests can be folded upward by the action of the side hinge part and the center hinge part.
The foldable work scaffold may further include a plurality of link members having both ends freely rotatably coupled to the unit scaffold and the stair frame, but arranged to be alternately arranged under the pair of unit scaffolds.
상기 메인 계단 프레임에 이동 가능하게 결합하되 상기 메인 계단 프레임과 상기 서브 계단 프레임에 연통하는 연통구로 삽입 가능한 로킹핀부를 구비하는 이동식 로커; 및 상기 로킹핀부가 상기 연통구에 삽입되는 방향으로 상기 이동식 로커를 탄성적으로 지지하는 로커 탄성 지지부를 더 포함하며, 상기 계단 프레임은 지면에 지지되는 푸트가 하단부에 결합하는 메인 계단 프레임과, 상기 메인 계단 프레임에 대하여 상대 이동 가능하게 연결되는 서브 계단 프레임을 구비하되 상기 서브 계단 프레임의 동작으로 전체적인 높낮이가 조절 가능하게 마련되는 높낮이 조절형 계단 프레임일 수 있다.a movable locker movably coupled to the main stair frame and having a locking pin insertable into a communication hole communicating with the main stair frame and the sub stair frame; and a locker elastic support portion resiliently supporting the movable locker in a direction in which the locking pin portion is inserted into the communication hole, wherein the step frame includes a main step frame in which a foot supported on the ground is coupled to a lower end thereof; It may be a height-adjustable stair frame provided with a sub stair frame connected to be movable relative to the main stair frame so that the overall height can be adjusted by the operation of the sub stair frame.
It may further include a guide railing unit connected to the stair frame or the foldable work scaffold, and used as a handle when climbing to the foldable work scaffold through the stair frame.
According to the present invention, unlike the prior art, since the area of the working scaffold can be effectively folded, it is possible to reduce the space for storage and to carry it comfortably, and in particular, even the operator alone can safely proceed with the folding operation.

Referring to these drawings, the working
In this embodiment, the
As such, when the height-
Of course, although the height-
Looking at the height-
The
The
In FIGS. 3 and 8, when the
As such, the
The
In addition, the rocker
Accordingly, when the
A plurality of main and
In the present embodiment, the three-stage main and
At this time, the
When the
The
The side hinge
In fact, when the pair of
Similar to the action of the
Due to the action of the
Both ends of the
On the other hand, as previously described, in the conventional ladder, the risk of falling could increase because only the worker had to step on the working scaffold (not shown) while maintaining the balance of the body. In particular, the risk of a safety accident may increase for an elderly worker with significantly lower physical ability, and the
The
When the
In the case of this embodiment, the
On the other hand, the above-mentioned
The shaking preventing
The shaking
In other words, since the shaking preventing
The
A plurality of
The movable
This movable pressing
Accordingly, as shown in (a) of FIG. 11 , the
On the other hand, the multi-connector 170 for end protection is further applied to the
The multi-connector 170 for end protection combines the height-
In other words, the upper end of the
In addition, the multi-connector for
The multi-connector 170 for end protection includes a
On one side of the
According to this embodiment, which acts in the structure as described above, the
And, unlike the prior art, since the area of the
