Claims (3)

삭제delete 투입된 피세척물(P) 및 세척액에 움직임을 부여하기 위해 세척조력수단(11)이 마련된 배칫타입의 세척탱크(10);
세척액을 저장하고 있는 세척액보관탱크(20);
일단이 상기 세척액보관탱크(20)의 하부에 접속되고 타단이 상기 세척탱크(10)의 상부에 접속된 상태에서 도중에 제1밸브(V1)가 개재된 세척액공급관(30);
상기 세척탱크(10)내에 상기 피세척물(P)보다 높은 액면을 가진 세척액의 세척액면(L) 보다 높은 상기 세척탱크의 부위에 일단이 접속되고 도중에 제2밸브(V2)가 개재되어 있는 배기관(40)의 타단에 접속된 진공배기유닛(50);
상기 제2밸브(V2)와 상기 진공배기유닛(50) 사이에 위치된 상기 배기관(40)의 부위에서 분기되어 상기 세척액보관탱크(20)의 상부에 접속되고 도중에 제3밸브(V3)가 개재된 분기관(60); 및
상기 세척탱크(10)와 상기 세척액보관탱크(20) 사이에 유통하게 접속되어 상기 세척탱크(10)에 수용된 세척액의 상등액과 하등액을 순차적으로 여과하는 세척액여과수단(70)을 포함하고,
상기 세척액여과수단(70)은,
필터(71)가 내장된 여과탱크(72);
일단이 상기 필터(71)의 토출측에 위치된 상기 여과탱크(72)의 부위에 접속되고, 타단이 상기 세척액보관탱크(20)의 상단에 접속된 세척액회수관(73);
일단이 상기 세척탱크(10)의 하단에 접속되고, 타단이 상기 필터(71)의 흡입측에 위치된 상기 여과탱크(72)의 부위에 접속된 상태에서, 도중에 제4밸브(V4)가 개재된 하등액회수관(74);
일단이 상기 세척액면(L)보다 낮고 상기 세척탱크(10)에 투입된 피세척물(P)보다 높은 위치에 있는 세척탱크(10)의 부위에 접속되고, 타단이 상기 제4밸브(V4)와 상기 여과탱크(72) 사이에 위치된 하등액회수관(74)의 부위에 접속된 상태에서, 도중에 제5밸브(V5)가 개재된 상등액회수관(75)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척액 여과수단이 구비된 진공세척장치.
