Claims

A bicycle mounting member provided to the bicycle;
A supporting member provided on the bicycle mounting member;
A locking member provided on an upper surface of the receiving member;
And a rotation mount member rotatably installed on both sides of the locking member,
Wherein the rotary mounting member comprises:
A rotation part formed on one side so as to be rotatably coupled to the locking member;
A cover portion extending from an upper surface of the rotating portion;
A grip portion extending downward from a tip end of the cover portion;
And an upper locking protrusion spaced apart from the grip portion by a predetermined distance so as to be protruded to be caught by the receiving member.

The method according to claim 1,
Wherein the support member further includes a rotation support member for allowing the bicycle mount member to be rotatably installed.

Wherein the locking member comprises:
A locking body formed on an upper surface of the receiving member;
A locking part protruding from both sides of the locking body so that the locking body is installed on the supporting member;
A locking bar rotatably installed in the locking body;
And a key insertion portion rotatably installed on an upper surface of the locking body so as to lock and unlock the locking bar.

3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
The bicycle mounting member includes:
A mounting body formed in a circular shape so as to mount the frame of the bicycle;
A pair of upper frames formed at a predetermined height above the mounting body;
A pair of lower frames formed at a predetermined height below the mounting body;
And a tightening means installed to firmly fix the mounting body to the bicycle frame by the upper frame and the lower frame.

3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
The support member
A first receiving portion and a second receiving portion formed in a predetermined shape;
A support portion formed between the first support portion and the second support portion;
A first lower locking protrusion formed on an upper surface of the first receiving portion;
