겔 타입의 화장용 패취가 수용되면서 외부의 공기와 수분을 차단시키는 화장용 패취를 보호하는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
겔 타입의 화장용 패치가 수용되며 상부에는 개구부가 형성된 용기본체;
상기 용기본체의 개구부에 대응하게 제작되어 상기 개구부에 분리가능하게 결합되는 미들캡;
상기 용기본체의 상부에 분리가능하게 결합되어 상기 용기본체의 개구부를 외부와 차폐시키는 용기마개;
상기 개구부의 일부분과 이에 대응하여 상기 미들캡의 일부분에 형성되며 상기 개구부를 통해 상기 미들캡을 상기 용기본체에 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 커넥터; 및
상기 용기본체의 개구부에 대응하는 형상으로 내부를 향해 설정된 깊이의 홈이 형성되게 제작되며 상기 용기본체에 삽입되어 화장품 패치의 상부를 감싸면서 보호하고, 상단의 일부분에서 내측으로 설정된 길이를 돌출시켜서 손잡이용 돌기를 형성하는 겔리드;를 포함하고,
상기 겔리드는,
상기 미들캡과 함께 2중 실링으로 상기 용기본체와의 분리 결합이 가능하고 상기 용기본체에 수용되는 상기 겔 타입의 화장용 패치의 안전성을 유지하고,
상기 커넥터는,
원통형으로 제작되는 상기 용기본체의 상기 개구부 상단부의 내주면을 따라 설정된 폭과 깊이로 깎아서 형성되는 걸림턱; 및
상기 걸림턱에 대응하게 상기 미들캡 상단부를 외측으로 외주면을 따라 돌출 형성시켜서 상기 걸림턱에 걸려지는 걸림편;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔형 패치가 수용되는 화장품 용기.
