Description

ADAPTER CAP USING FOOD VESSEL [0001]

The present invention relates to an adapter cap for a food container, and more particularly, to an adapter cap for a food container which can be slit closed and closed when storing food, and can be easily opened with one hand at the time of use.

Food containers have the basic function of protecting and preserving food. Therefore, the food container is generally kept closed.

The sealing is performed in such a manner that a negative pressure is formed inside the food container, and then a film or the like is adhered to the opening portion by pressure heating. After the consumer purchases the product, the film is detached.

The sealing after the removal of the film is made by a cap which can be opened and closed. The product is opened by using a hinged cap that can be rotated by a hinge, and when it is not used, it is closed and kept in an enclosed state.

However, such a hinge cap has a problem in that the sealing is not perfect, and moisture and the like penetrate into the inner space of the container, thereby failing to take charge of protecting and preserving the food.

In addition, since the hinge cap structure requires two hands to be opened, there is an inconvenience that the cooking is stopped and opened when the food is opened.

Patent Document 1: Korean Patent No. 10-1063259

It is an object of the present invention to provide an adapter cap for a food container which can easily be hermetically closed by compressing and closing the opening portion during storage and can be easily gripped and opened with one hand at the time of use .

In order to accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a cap for closing a mouth of a food container, which is coupled to a food container having an opening formed therein, And a slit cap covering the nozzle, the slit being formed at an upper portion thereof and being vertically movable along the guide portion, wherein the slit cap is moved downward along the guide portion , The slit is opened by the nozzle and is opened.

The guide portion is provided with a cylinder accommodating a spring, and the slit cap is formed with a rod supported by a spring, so that the rod is vertically movable in the cylinder.

The upper portion of the slit cap is made of an elastic material.

The upper portion of the slit cap is formed in a hemispherical shape and the slit is formed in a radial direction of the hemispherical shape.

The upper portion of the slit cap is formed in a semi-elliptic shape and the slit is formed in a direction of a major axis of a semi-elliptical opening.

According to the present invention, the adapter cap for a food container is opened and closed by opening and closing the slit formed on the upper part of the slit cap movable up and down.

Since the upper part of the slit cap is formed in a hemispherical shape or half ellipsoidal shape and the slit is formed in a radial direction or a longitudinal direction, the slit is normally closed with a pressing force. Therefore, effective sealing is possible.

In addition, since the nozzle cap can be held and gripped and the slit cap can be moved up and down using the remaining fingers, the container can be easily opened and closed during cooking.

≪ First Embodiment >

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a food container adapter cap according to a first embodiment of the present invention bonded to a food container. FIG. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the slit is closed and the food container is closed, and Fig. 2 shows a state in which the slit is opened and the food container is opened.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the food container to which the cap according to the first embodiment of the present invention is attached comprises a food container and a cap coupled thereto. The cap includes a nozzle cap 200 coupled to the food container 100 and a slit cap 300 movably coupled to the nozzle cap 200 up and down.

The food container 100 has a bottom and a bottleneck extending from the bottom and the bottom, and an opening formed at the top. A screw pattern is formed on the side wall around the opening.

The nozzle cap 200 includes a coupling part 210, a guide 220 and a nozzle 230. The slit cap 300 includes a housing 310, a slit cap upper part 320 and a slit cap upper part 320 And a slit 321 formed in the slit 321.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the slit cap 300 is on the uppermost side, the slit 321 is closed, the food container 100 is closed, and when the slit cap 300 is at the lowermost side as shown in FIG. 2 The slit 321 is opened so that the nozzle 230 is exposed and the food container 100 is opened.

This will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views showing a portion where the cap and the food container are coupled. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the slit 321 is closed, and FIG. 4 shows the state in which the slit 321 is opened.

The engaging portion 210 of the nozzle cap 200 is formed with a screw pattern corresponding to the screw pattern formed on the side wall around the opening of the food container 200. Therefore, the food container and the nozzle cap 200 are joined by the nipping.

The guide 220 has a hollow cylindrical shape formed at the upper portion of the coupling part 210. The lower guide groove 221 is formed at the lower end and the upper guide groove 222 is formed at the upper end of the guide 220 along the circumference of the guide 220, Respectively.

The nozzle 230 is formed at an upper portion of the guide 220, and has an inclined downward taper shape toward the upper side and an opening at an upper end.

The nozzle cap 200 communicates with the food container 100 through the opening of the food container 100 so that the contents of the food container 100 can be discharged when the nozzle 230 is exposed to the outside.

The housing 310 of the slit cap 300 is formed in a hollow cylinder shape and the lower end thereof is formed with a latch 311 inwardly. And accommodates the nozzle 230 to cover the side surface of the nozzle 230.

The latch 311 is an annular protrusion, whereby the guide 220 portion of the nozzle cap 200 is pressed so that the slit cap 300 and the nozzle cap 200 are tightly coupled.

The latch 311 is movable upward and downward along the guide 220, and is not caught by the guide grooves 221 and 222 and does not proceed any more.

More specifically, when the upper guide groove 222 is moved upward, it can not move upward. It requires a certain level of force. The user recognizes this and does not move it to the upper side any more. Therefore, the top dead center of the slit cap 300 is the upper guide groove 222 (see FIG. 3)

When it moves downward and is caught by the lower guide groove 221, it can not move further downward. It requires a certain level of force. Likewise, the user recognizes this and does not move it further downward. Therefore, the bottom dead center of the slit cap 300 is the lower guide groove 221 (see Fig. 4)

The slit cap 300 is engaged with the nozzle cap 200 so as to be movable up and down along the guide 220. In other words,

A finger catching protrusion 312 is formed in the housing 310 along the outer periphery of the upper portion of the housing 310. The slit cap 300 can be moved upward and downward while the fingers are hooked on this portion and the fingers are bent and spread.

The slit cap upper part 320 is formed to extend upward from the housing 310 and is formed in an elliptic hemispherical shape and has a slit 321 formed at the upper end thereof in the direction of the major axis of the ellipse to cover the upper side of the nozzle 230.

As the slit cap 300 moves up and down, the slit 321 is pushed or opened by the nozzle 230 so that the slit cap 320 is preferably made of an elastic material.

When the slit cap 300 moves to the bottom dead center and is pushed by the nozzle 230 to open the slit 321, the nozzle 230 is exposed and the contents can be discharged through the opening of the nozzle 230. 4)

Conversely, when the slit cap 300 moves to the top dead center, the slit 321 is closed by the restoring force of the elastic material without being affected by the nozzle 230. In this case, the nozzle 230 is not exposed and the contents can not be discharged (see Fig. 3). [

The slit cap top 320 may be of any shape, but is preferably in the form of a hollow semicircular can. In this case, the slit is formed in the radial direction of the semicircular sphere. In the case of a semi-circular shape, the restoring force of the elastic material may act more strongly than in the case of other flat surfaces.

Therefore, when the slit 321 is closed, a pressing force acts by the restoring force and can be effectively sealed.

And more preferably in the form of a half-ellipsoidal hollow as in embodiments of the present invention. Compared with the half spherical shape, the flatness is high, so that when a vertical external force is applied to the nozzle when it is opened, the portion where the normal stress is generated is small and is easily opened. On the contrary, when there is a large amount of restoring force in the horizontal direction at the time of closing, the pressing force is larger on the slit 321, and the sealing can be completely performed.

The user can place the fingers on the finger hooks 312 with the bottleneck portion of the food container 100 or the nozzle cap 200 wrapped around the hand and move the slit cap 300 easily up and down. Since this operation is possible with only one hand, it can be opened and closed easily when cooking.

≪ Second Embodiment >

The second preferred embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that a cylinder is formed in the guide portion 220 as compared with the first embodiment. Therefore, description of the same technical features as those of the first embodiment will be omitted.

Figs. 5 and 6 are cross-sectional views showing a portion where a food container adapter cap according to a second embodiment of the present invention is bonded to a food container. Fig.

As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the guide portion 220 is in the form of a hollow cylinder as in the first embodiment, but two cylinders are formed inside, and a spring 224 is disposed inside the cylinder.

At the lower portion of the housing 310 of the slit cap 300, two rods 314 accommodated in the cylinder and movable up and down are formed. Accordingly, the nozzle cap 200 and the slit cap 300 are coupled by the rod 314 accommodated in the cylinder and the cylinder.

At the lower portion of the rod 314, a support rod having a larger diameter than the upper opening of the cylinder is formed, and the support rod is supported by the spring 224.

Normally, the rod 314 is located on the uppermost side of the cylinder by the elastic force of the spring 224, and is not released to the outside of the cylinder by the support. When the rod 314 is located on the uppermost side of the cylinder, as shown in FIG. 5, the slit 321 is not opened, and the nozzle 230 is closed by the slit cap 300. Therefore, the food container 100 can be closed to safely store the contents.

However, when vibration is applied to the food container 100 up and down, vibration is also transmitted to the rod 314, which causes the rod 314 to repeatedly transmit the compression force to the spring 224.

When the compression force is transmitted to the spring 224, the spring 224 is compressed, and the rod 314 moves downward as shown in FIG. 6, and the slit cap 300 moves downward integrally therewith.

When the slit cap 300 moves downward, the nozzle 230 pushes the slit 321 to open. Accordingly, since the nozzle 230 is exposed to the outside, the contents of the food container 100 can be discharged.

When the compression force is not transmitted to the spring 224, the restoring force of the spring 224 causes the rod 314 to move upward and the slit cap 300 to move upward together therewith. The slit 321 is not opened as shown in FIG. 5, and the nozzle 230 is closed by the slit cap 300, so that the contents are not discharged.

Therefore, when the user grasps the food container 100 or the nozzle cap 200 and generates vibration, the compressive force is repeatedly transmitted to the spring 224, and the slit 320 is alternately opened and closed, And is discharged.

This method is a more convenient dispensing method than the first embodiment of the present invention, and the user can precisely control the amount of the discharged contents by adjusting the number of shakes.

While the present invention has been described in connection with certain exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments.
