Abstract
The present invention relates to a hot air heater for heating a fiber reinforcing material yarn, and more particularly, to a hot air fan for heating a fiber reinforcing material yarn capable of heating a drawn yarn for producing a fiber reinforcing material in order to maintain an existing strength.
The hot air fan for heating fiber reinforcing material according to the present invention includes a housing, a heating means, a blowing means, a prevention plate, and a discharge means. The heating means includes a first heating coil vertically installed in a lower portion of the housing, and a second heating coil disposed in a multi-stage horizontally at an upper portion of the first heating coil in the housing. The blowing means supplies air into the housing through the lower end of the housing. The prevention plate is installed below the first heating coil to prevent wind supplied from the blowing means from directly contacting the first heating coil. The discharge means includes a first discharge passage extending from the housing and guided so that air in the housing is discharged to the upper portion of the fiber reinforcing material yarn, and a second discharge passage extending from the housing to discharge air inside the housing to the lower portion of the fiber reinforcing material yarn And a second discharge passage guided so as to be opened.
According to the present invention, the yarn of the fiber reinforcing material can be heated at a falling temperature in the winter, thereby preventing further addition of yarn in the production of the fiber reinforcing material.
Description
The present invention relates to a hot air heater for heating a fiber reinforcing material yarn, and more particularly, to a hot air fan for heating a fiber reinforcing material yarn capable of heating a drawn yarn for producing a fiber reinforcing material in order to maintain an existing strength.
The temperature of the yarn is lowered in the winter season when the fiber reinforcement is produced. In this case, when the product is made from a lowered temperature yarn, the strength decreases by about 10%. Thus, fiber yarn is further withdrawn to produce the fiber reinforcement to meet the desired strength. Therefore, there is a problem that the cost is increased because the yarn is further consumed.
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hot air fan for heating a fiber reinforcing material yarn which can prevent a drop in strength by heating a yarn of a fiber reinforcing material even if the fiber reinforcing material is produced in the winter season.
The hot air fan for heating fiber reinforcing material according to the present invention includes a housing, a heating means, a blowing means, a prevention plate, and a discharge means. The heating means includes a first heating coil vertically installed in the lower portion of the housing, and a second heating coil disposed in the housing in a plurality of stages horizontally at an upper portion of the first heating coil. The blowing means supplies air into the housing through the lower end of the housing. The prevention plate is installed below the first heating coil to prevent wind supplied from the blowing means from directly contacting the first heating coil. The discharge means includes a first discharge passage extending from the housing and guided so that air in the housing is discharged to the upper portion of the fiber reinforcing material yarn, and a second discharge passage extending from the housing to discharge air inside the housing to the lower portion of the fiber reinforcing material yarn And a second discharge passage guided so as to be opened.
It is also preferable that the hot air fan for heating the fiber reinforcing material yarn further includes a cylindrical cap having a top opened and a plurality of holes formed in the circumferential surface thereof to surround the first heating coil.
According to the present invention, the yarn of the fiber reinforcing material can be heated at a falling temperature in the winter, thereby preventing further addition of yarn in the production of the fiber reinforcing material.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the hot air is provided with the prevention plate, it is possible to prevent the wind from the blower from being directly supplied to the heating means. In this case, it is possible to prevent the air from being exhausted even before the air is properly heated by the heating means, so that the efficiency of heating can be increased.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the cap is provided to enclose the first heating coil, the air can be sufficiently heated inside the cap, thereby increasing the efficiency of the hot air.
