Related Prior Art Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0106471 (published on September 26, 2012) discloses a technology related to a terminal block wiring assembly for electronic devices.
An object of the present invention is to provide a terminal block for an electronic device which enables smooth connection between upper and lower terminal pins and can prevent connection failure between upper and lower terminal pins.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other problems not mentioned here can be understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a connector comprising: an upper terminal pin; and a lower terminal pin inserted into the upper terminal pin through a connecting member extending to a lower portion of the upper terminal pin to be electrically connected to the upper terminal pin, Can provide a terminal block for an electronic device having a guide portion for guiding the entry of the lower terminal pin and a pressurizing portion for pressing the lower terminal pin penetrated through the guide portion.
The upper terminal pin is fixed by fastening of a screw and a nut, and the nut can be received inside.
The upper terminal pin includes an upper body formed by wrapping the nut and the screw threaded upwardly is screwed to the nut.
The upper body may include a protrusion protruding toward the nut and fixing the nut in close contact with the upper body.
The pressing part may extend along the connection direction of the lower terminal pin to provide a gap for inserting the lower terminal pin, and the pressing part may have a shape that reduces the size of the gap as it goes down.
In addition, the size of the lowermost clearance of the pressing portion may be smaller than the thickness of the lower terminal pin.
The guide portion may extend downward from the pressing portion to guide insertion of the tip portion, and the guide portion may have a shape that enlarges the size of the gap as it goes downward.
The guide portion may extend downward from the pressing portion to guide insertion of the tip portion, and the guide portion may have a shape that keeps the size of the gap constant as it goes downward.
According to the present invention, it is possible to smoothly connect the upper and lower terminal pins constituting the terminal block for an electronic device, so that the upper and lower terminal pins can be easily assembled.
Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent connection failure between the upper and lower terminal pins constituting the terminal block for the electronic device.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the detachment of the nut member which is assembled inside the upper terminal pin so as to be engaged with the screw member, thereby improving the convenience of the terminal block wiring work.
