Description
The present invention relates to a cask lifting device, and more particularly, to a cask lifting device for lifting and moving a cask (CASK) containing a canister in which a nuclear fuel is stored in a nuclear power plant, The cask lifting mechanism can smoothly level the cask and raise the maximum lifting height of the cask when lifting the cask, thereby reducing the interference caused by other structures in the vicinity of the cask lifting mechanism. .
Nuclear fuel that has been used for a certain period of time in a nuclear power plant and has finished its combustion is called spent fuel. The spent fuel is cooled and transported to the reprocessing facility or storage. Since the spent fuel is a radioactive material that emits a large amount of radiation and decay heat, it can safely protect the contents against external impact in order to transport or store it. A special container made of a structure capable of shielding radiation and releasing decay heat smoothly is required.
This canister is called a canister. The canister is composed of a canister shell in the form of an outer housing, a lid for shielding the upper and lower portions of the canister shell, and a basket assembly in which the spent fuel is housed, do.
Also, the canister is accommodated in a structure for transporting or storing spent fuel, and the container body constituting the outside of the structure is called a cask (CASK). It is divided into metal container and concrete container according to the main material of cask. The neutron shielding material has a structure in which the neutron shielding material is filled in the inner space of the outer casing, which is installed so as to surround the outside of the cask body, As shown in FIG.
Such a cask moves to a new fuel storage area when new fuel is acquired and visual inspection is carried out, and after visual inspection, it is stored again. At this time, when moving the cask to the area where the cask is stored, a wire sling is used between the binding lug and cranes on both sides of the cask to lift and move the cask.
However, there has been a problem in lifting and moving the wire sling between the binding ring and the crane as follows.
First, since the cask and the crane hook and the wire sling must be lifted and moved by directly connecting them, if the length of the wire sling fastened to the both cascades is not the same, the horizontal length of the cask is not adjusted. So that the work flow is wasted.
Second, since the maximum lifting height of the cask is limited, it is not possible to use wire sling having various lengths, and since the length of the wire sling must be used as short as possible, there is a problem that there is a limitation in using the wire sling.
Third, when the cage is lifted or moved, the cascade must always be leveled. Therefore, the operator must always check the lifting or moving of the cascade.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a canister which can lift and move a cask (CASK) The cask lifting mechanism can smoothly level the cask and raise the maximum lifting height of the cask when lifting the cask, thereby reducing the interference caused by other structures in the vicinity of the cask lifting mechanism. The purpose is to provide.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cushion for a cage, comprising: a guide rod having one end of a binding band bound to a binding lug provided at both sides of a cascade and the other end of the binding band being bound; The cask lifting device is connected to the rope.
In addition, the guide bar may further include a binding member which is fixedly connected to both ends of the binding band and has a through hole for binding the other end of the binding band.
In addition, the guide rod may have at least one through hole for connecting the wire rope to an intermediate portion thereof.
The binding members are formed in a T shape and are arranged in pairs so as to face each other. The binding members are positioned on both sides of the horizontal portion of the binding member in accordance with the length of the cask, And two or more binding holes are formed in order to form the binding holes.
According to the present invention, when lifting and moving a cascade using a cascade lifting device, it is possible to reduce the work required to align the cascade by connecting the crane and the cascade directly using a wire sling The time required for horizontal alignment of the cask can be saved, and workability is improved.
In addition, when the cask is lifted, the maximum lifting height can be raised so that interference caused by other structures in the vicinity can be reduced, so that the lifting and moving can be performed stably and interference of peripheral devices is less.
