The ceiling board fixing structure for fixing the ceiling board of the present invention includes a first channel and a second channel which are mutually coupled to each other for extending a length thereof, And an integral insertion coupling part integrally connected to an end of the main channel part and forming a smaller size than the main channel part and inserted into the end area of the second channel corresponding thereto.
Description
The present invention relates to a channel connection structure for fixing a ceiling board, more specifically, it is possible to prevent an increase in material cost because it is not necessary to use a coupling port as in the past, The present invention relates to a pipe connecting structure for fixing a ceiling board.
Channels made of extruded aluminum have long lengths and great rigidity, so they are used for architectural purposes. In particular, when fixing the ceiling board, also called a panel or gypsum board, the channel is widely used.
As described above, since the channel is made of a long bar structure by extrusion of aluminum, it is known that it is widely used in the vicinity because it is not only light in weight, but also has good formability.
On the other hand, when the ceiling size of a building office, including a home, is large, several channels should be connected or combined. That is, when a channel is manufactured in a factory, it is manufactured in a unit length of a certain size such as a unit length, for example, 1 m. When one side of the ceiling reaches several tens of meters, several channels of 1 m should be attached.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a prior art channel assembly for fixing a ceiling board. FIG.
Referring to FIG. 1, when the first and
In other words, since the first and
The coupling channel 20 is a channel smaller than the first and
1, a coupling channel 20 is disposed between the first and
However, in the case of the conventional art as shown in FIG. 1, the material cost may be increased because the coupling channel 20 or a similar type of coupling hole must be used for coupling the first and
The object of the present invention is to provide a channel connection structure for fixing a ceiling board which can prevent an increase in material cost because it is not necessary to use a coupling hole as in the past, will be.

The main channel portion of the first channel may have the same shape as the second channel, and a sloped surface may be formed between the main channel portion and the integral insertion portion.
Wherein the integral insertion and attachment portion comprises: a bottom portion; A pair of skirts disposed at both ends of the bottom portion so as to cross the bottom portion; A pair of flanges bent at the ends of the pair of skirts toward the inside; And a pair of end bent portions bent at the ends of the pair of flange portions.
The pair of skirts may be formed with a pressure curve that is curved toward the inside.
The pair of flange portions and the pair of end bent portions may be inclined so that the integral insertion and attachment portion is inserted into the end region of the corresponding second channel.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the material cost from rising because it is not necessary to use the coupling port as in the past, and it is possible to shorten the air by increasing the working efficiency.

Referring to these drawings, since the channel coupling structure for fixing the ceiling board according to the present embodiment does not require the use of a coupling hole as in the past, it is possible to prevent the material cost from being increased, and moreover, And may include a
The
Meanwhile, as described above, since the
